Speedy deletion nomination of Murdoch's Pirates
[edit]You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles. See the Article Wizard.
A tag has been placed on Murdoch's Pirates, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an acceptable page. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam.
If you can indicate why the subject of this page is not blatant advertising, . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. You are welcome to edit the page to fix this problem, but please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. As well as removing promotional phrasing, it helps to add factual encyclopaedic information to the page, and add citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the page will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. PKT(alk) 13:10, 30 September 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Adam9007. I noticed that you made one or more changes to an article, ZX Spectrum Vega+, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Adam9007 (talk) 15:56, 29 July 2018 (UTC)
I am the reliable source, and you know it.
You have all details on my facebook page.
So I undo your changes that wrongly stated and removed my factual informations.
I am the reliable source, and you know it.
No I don't actually. Who are you?You have all details on my facebook page.
What Facebook page? (not that Facebook is generally considered a reliable source). I did a search and found nothing to support your claims. Adam9007 (talk) 16:08, 29 July 2018 (UTC)
Check here : https://twitter.com/saggiori/status/1023143258157924353 and here https://www.facebook.com/groups/vegaplus/permalink/655678614794741/
If you want I can show you the VEGA+ V2 that I have in my hands, if you want to deny facts. I can also post here the photos as these are now spreading all over Twitter and Facebook about the dispatch and release of the VEGA+ V2.
- I don't have a Facebook account, so I can;t check the second link, but Twitter and Facebook posts are not normally considered reliable unless it's from the manufacturers and the like (are they?). Please do link to the photos, as I'm seeing Twitter posts that say this is some sort of hoax/con. I'd like them to be proved wrong. Adam9007 (talk) 16:22, 29 July 2018 (UTC)
Dear Adam,
I am a Backer, you can find out at http://retro.business, search under Jan Saggiori
And see my various TWITTER Photos on the link above, of the VEGA+ V2 that I received. This is definitely factual.
I repeat the Twitter links (from My Account and From RCL Manufacturer account), where there is various photos of the console.
Check here : https://twitter.com/saggiori/status/1023143258157924353 and here https://www.facebook.com/groups/vegaplus/permalink/655678614794741/ https://twitter.com/sinclairzxvega/status/1022448174810718208
Not wishing to have the news published, would definitely show that there is something strange happening, trying to avoid the news to be published, creating damages to the Manufacturer and to the Audience that has the right to know this is dispatched and on the hands of backers as I am.
Direct link to simplify your "check", RoH : https://retro.business/new-page-1/ Search for Jan Saggiori, these are Backers who bought the pledge
My photo you can see on both Twitter posts, the second is the announcement of the Manufacturer, RCL.
https://twitter.com/saggiori/status/1023143258157924353 https://twitter.com/sinclairzxvega/status/1022448174810718208
To help you, there is a TROLL campaign (at least an hundred fake accounts, on FB and Twitter, that both FB/Twitter are removing due to infringement of their rules) that is now under POLICE investigation for harrassement, and illegal bank account access and thief of informations, this prepetrated by the ex-Management that is trying to silence the campaign.
The console HAS BEEN dispatched, 400 Backers are receiving it and I am one of them, and I published the photos with "Le Temps" Online (http://www.letemps.ch) Newspaper from Switzerland where I am with it on the photo to give total proof, of the 28th.
And I thank you for having me explained how we need the adding to the article, as in past I just didn't replied and let it go also if it was my own photos that I took myself, but too complicated here on Wiki to find who to validate the photo etc... so better RCL or my personal Twitter account that are definitely ruling the fact.
Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Saggiori. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Retro Computers, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. DanielRigal (talk) 22:19, 29 July 2018 (UTC)
Dear Sir, I have no conflit of interest, or I would have like te 4777 backers who bought it as I done !
I am NOT employed or have any affiliation with RCL.
I am employed by the SWISS COMPANY SSS LLC that is dealing with Smartcards, nothing to do with what you write.
What I can see here is a research to hide the truth and so create damages to Backers (me) and to Manufacturer (RCL company).
As a FACT proven is rejected by yourself to be posted to update the page.
Please advise why you are supporting the ex-management that stolen half million pounds and is under FALCON UK Police investigation ? You are supporting them ? As you are exactly doing the same as they do, a campaign to hide the real facts that are proven.
I will report your answer to RCL as any Backer can do contacting them, that they will definitely include into FALCON Police reports under their investigation of the Mafia group organisation to see if you are linked to them.
I am sorry, but this is so shocking, you publish Mr Andrews comments that are completely them in conflict of interest, but myself as a Backer having received my console you reject that... do you see that you are taking a side when you tell you don't want ?
If you would be over the parties, you would accept my posts as you accepted Mr Andrews comments and posts as well as Article from The Register that are directly linked to Mr Andews (see his connections from his own web site)... all REGISTER article are definitely in conflict of interest.
https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Paul_Andrews_(producer) https://jupiter-ace.com/resources/
FYI...
I will expect on next days you to revert to my modifications, as you will see that what I wrote in the TRUTH and if you still block such informations, I would question your interest of doing so... are you Mr Andrews Friend ? Are you paid by him allowing him to have posts from various of his members in the wikipage to be posted and Register articles he supports as well ? Why are you not accepting just the truth with facts and photos posted by a backer ? I find this very very strange.
Please read again all modifications done in past and you will see that you are in fact taking a side, stopping the FANS of the VEGA+ to post and ALLOWING the people defrauding RCL and under POLICE investigation to publish... I am shocked.
Personally as I wrote I have NO INTEREST on this and I HAVE NO WORK LINK with such people. I am attacked everyday because I trust on this VEGA+ by Mr Andrews and his team, they even created a fake web site to harrass me and my family, see http://saggiorijan.com, action that the SWISS Judge and Police are investigating, as well as UK Metropolitan Police and CyberCrime unit, and FALCON. Google removed all links to his research service to this fake web site. If you even now trust the fake web sites and Mr Andrews ex management, I find your position very suspect.
So, are you wishing to participate to that harrassement and supporting the people who do such illegal action as well as asking money to stop ?
If you want you can contact RCL and ask them to be redirected to the FALCON Police force as your barring to post real informations and supporting fake informations and ex-Director news is shocking.
I am expecting now that you are proving me this :
Conflict of interest (COI) editing involves contributing to Wikipedia about yourself, family, friends, clients, employers, or your financial and other relationships.
AS NONE OF THE ABOVE IS TRUE.
I would like also to submit you the fact that all articles on The Register by Mr Corfield, Gareth, are in conflict of Interest as Mr Corfield, Gareth if completely in the situation of "Conflict of interest (COI) editing involves contributing to Wikipedia about yourself, family, friends, clients, employers, or your financial and other relationships.".
Please be aware of this, and if you want to do your job, remove all links to his article on the VEGA+. I proven the relationship on the above 2 links.
https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Paul_Andrews_(producer) https://jupiter-ace.com/resources/
The Register web site has a direct interest on Mr Andrews, ex-Director of RCL, and Jupiter-ACE computers. The conflict of interest is patent with also few posters of this wikipedia page.
MrMajors is in fact the associate of Mr Andews, he uses that name on Twitter and his name is Mr Melbourne, business associate of Mr Andrews...
Read : http://retro-computers.co.uk/lee-fogarty/
"You also need to look out for MrMajors and Stuart Black who are both Paul Andrews too. He's too chicken shit to post in his own name. So he has loads of names, and several puppets."
Here copied the person who indicated falsely the information and in fact published fake informations all over the page on the past months / years.

All these should be removed for conflict of interest, as Mr Andews and MrMajor (Melbourne) are business associated doing the troll campaign against RCL and people supporting RCL (Backers who want their console to be sent !). These people stolen more than 500000 £ from RCL while they were Director of RCL until April 2016, stealing my money I paid for my VEGA+ that finally the new management SENT ME last week, and that I received and proven in front of the world, published photos as an happy BACKER.
Best regards,
Jan Saggiori
Edit warring
[edit]Your recent editing history at ZX Spectrum Vega+ shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Greyjoy talk 11:25, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
Dear Sir, Madam,
I didn't do any war, I published FACT and REAL INFORMATIONS.
A person called MrMajor, that is no more than the business associated of the main competitor or RCL (manufacturer of the VEGA+) and doing a TROLL campaign, is removing all positive comments that Backers (me and others) are publishing. So in fact we are not doing a war, just publishing real information against people claiming the FAKE and doing FAKE WEB sites UNDER MY NAME ! (http://saggiorijan.com), how can I get the TRUTH published on Wikipedia when I should find a deal with the people promoting the fake as it's their business interest to do so and they create fake web sites to stop us from tellin the truth and to keep the FAKE news they publish ?
Does Wikipedia now is supporting FAKE NEWS and Competitors to vandalize pages of the other companies that do products that they don't want ?
RGL, MrMajor Mr Andrews are publishing FAKE NEWS and USE WIKIPEDIA to do SO.
RCL and Backers (as Me) are publishing REAL NEWS and we MUST find a DEAL with THIFES that are under the METROPOLITAN POLICE INVESTIGATION because THEY remove our postings ??
Do you find this Logic where GOOD PEOPLE (US) NEED TO FIND A DEAL WITH THIEFS AND COMPETITORS publishing FAKE NEWS and REMOVING OUR REAL INFORMATIONS/NEWS ???
Please let us know.
- I am going to focus on the edit war aspect of this, this whole "troll campaign and fake news" side of things is not relevant to this specific discussion we are currently having. On the ZX Spectrum Vega+ article you have reverted three edits by other editors within a 24 hours period. This is edit warring and is referred to at the 3 revert rule. As explained on the edit warring article, "If an editor violates 3RR by mistake, they should reverse their own most recent reversion". If you continue to edit war on the page you will most likely be prevented from editing further. The best way to discuss this matter is to open a conversation on the article's talk page to reach a consensus on further edits. Greyjoy talk 11:38, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
As I worte I don't want to enter on a edit war, but I find unacceptable that my posting of true and real informations are removed by the Associate of Mr Andrews, Mr Melbourne, associate to the competitor business called RGL. These people are doing a TROLL against RCL and anyone who (as me) publish anything that is positive about the VEGA+. You seen it and I believe as my posting are still there, understood that I am telling the truth, and I am harrassed by criminals (MrMajor = Mr Melbourne, and Mr Andrews, that are in direct conflict of interest trying to undermine any postivie information, posting fake informations and removing all positive informations that us, Backers, deserves to know).
Thank you in advance for your understanding and trying to assure yourself REAL informations are available to everybody, stopping the people trying to silence us.
Why are you removing TRUE informations to keep FAKE informations published by Competitor RGL on a product of RCL company page ?
See the Wikipedia source, photo I published and TWITTER official account of RCL advising about the shipping.
MrMajor that complains is RGL competitor with Mr Andrews ex-director that funneled 500 000 £ from RCL company out for his own profit, see the news. They do all to SILENCE.
My modification is simple and doesn't do anything wrong, and use source that are public and official, Twitter account of RCL.
Your action is doing damages to RCL company, removing their real informations and keeping fake news from the competitors posting on RCL Product page.
I am questionning myself why you support the THIEFS and COMPETITORS and not the MANUFACTURER announcing officially the information on their OFFICIAL WEB PAGE And TWITTER ACCOUNTs.
Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion
[edit]Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion involving you at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring regarding a possible violation of Wikipedia's policy on edit warring. The thread is Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Edit warring#User:Saggiori reported by User:Greyjoy (Result: ). Thank you. Greyjoy talk 11:51, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
The violation is I believe from you, sorry for this, but you are supporting FAKE news and COMPETITORS editing (from MrMAJOR and RGL company) on an RCL Product.
There is a clear breach here, as conflict of interest, as you support competitors and direct people in conflit of interest (that want to silence their competitor, that they in past were Manager of).
Read : https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest
MrMajor, that you support reactivating the removals, is a business partner and associate to RGL and Mr Andrews.
RGL : http://www.retro-now.com/retro-now-reviews-thec64-mini/
Competitor of RCL, and ex-management of RCL that created RGL company (similar name), publishing fake information and TROLLING people (see fake web site http://saggiorijan.com they created to SILENCE ME and publishing FAKE informations about myself).
I am a Backer, that received the VEGA+ console that I waited for 2 years, and I published my photo as well as the official announcement of RCL on TWITTER and this is censured !
Best regards.

. Ivanvector (Talk/Edits) 13:45, 30 July 2018 (UTC)Wow! I am amazed that you got such a short block. Evidently the borderline legal threats you made were interpreted very charitably. I hope you realise this because I don't think that you will be treated so leniently if you repeat your actions. I hope you will take this opportunity to read and consider WP:NLT and WP:COI so that you are able to contribute constructively when the block expires. --DanielRigal (talk) 18:41, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
Due to the fact that I was true, see the BBC Article. And in reality RGL associated that have a conflict of interest trying to hide what happened, that is now proven even by the BBC article. I published the FACT that 400 consoles had been shipped and are delivered, some people wanted to hide that fact, today it is demostrated that I was right and I had and have no conflict of interest, that is not the case for MrMajor editing the wikipedia and some other nicknames he and his friends use tying to sack a product from his direct competitor.
