Do you see anywhere that has the blue "verified" checkmark that shows twitter verified a celebrity account? I don't. Niteshift36 (talk) 23:28, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
- Well its cause Cashis isn't a noteable enough artist for his twitter to be "verified". Other artists have linked to that twitter when talking about him in their tweets. Example: This source says thats his twitter. STATic message me! 23:33, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
Jerry Lawler
Don't say he no longer wrestles.
No one wrestles every single week.
Ever since the Elimination chamber PPV, Lawler has spent 95% of his time pushing his Wrestlemania match.
He spent one show chasing Cole around the arena, and other show completely off after getting beat down by Jack Swagger.
He's been wrestling about as often as anybody on Raw these days, and Josh Mathews has been doing the bulk of announcing.
He's involved in a big angle at Wrestlemania, and his commentary has been few and far between.
Wait till after Mania. If he fades back into the background with no feuds or angles, then put him in "other talent".
But as long as he's still a featured player with a match to promote at the biggest show of the year, leave him as part of the roster.
Thank You.
Vjmlhds 00:40, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
We let him on the roster page because he wrestled every week pretty much. Now he hasent wrestled a single match for weeks so he goes back where he belongs. He will wrestle the match at Mania and then fade into the background. He's not a wrestler anymore anyways. STATic message me! 00:47, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
It's been 2 weeks.
The day after the EC PPV, when Cole ran his mouth about Lawler's mother, Jerry challenged him to a WM match.
They've then spent the time since promoting the match, featuring Lawler chasing Cole out of the arena, and Swagger beating down the King.
Even though Lawler hasn't wrestled since the EC PPV, he's had his Mania match booked since the day after the show, and has been doing more stuff with his angle than just sitting back being a commentator.
Wait until after Mania to put him back. As long as he still is more involved as a featured show player, than merely an announcer, he belongs on the main roster.
Remember neither Taker nor HHH has wrestled since they came back, but since they have a Mania match to promote, they went back on the active list.
Same with Lawler.
Vjmlhds 00:58, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS HHH and Taker are wrestlers and only wrestlers. Lawer on the other hand is a commentator first and a wrestler second at this point in time. STATic message me! 01:02, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
There's 3 Raws to go until Mania.
Don't discount the fact Lawler may wrestle on one if not more of these shows (or maybe even crossover to SD).
Leave Lawler where he is until Mania until everything plays out. Then we'll go from there.
Patience.
Vjmlhds 01:05, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
1. Could you stop spacing after every sentence. 2. He shouldn't have been there in the first place and theres no reason for him to be there now. You have again violated WP:3RR. STATic message me! 01:09, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

Static, he was kayfabe fired. He is unassingned of Raw brand. And he is not on SmackDown, NXT or FCW. He is currently unassingned, but is still a WWE employee. This article should have no spoilers. Please, understand it. He even was removed from Raw roster page on WWE.com. It was not vandalism. Just an improvement to the article. Thanks for the attention. WWEJobber (talk) 22:10, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
- See WP:SPOILER he still only performs on RAW house shows, hes just off television for awhile. He'll most likly be back before Mania to be involved in the Miz v. Cena angle. STATic message me! 22:22, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
- Percy Watson is performing on house shows too, but he is not on any brand. No one is sure that he will come back before Mania, like you said. If he comes back you can add him again. But now he is not assingned to any brand. It is a fact. Think about it. WWEJobber (talk) 03:06, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
- Mikeymike2001 agreed with me so just drop it its 2-1. He is assigned to Raw as he only wrestles Raw house shows. WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS: Percy Watson is different as he never appeared on the main roster but A-Ri did for months. STATic message me! 03:17, 14 March 2011 (UTC)

D12's Kuniva
As I have reviewed Wikipedia:Notability (music), Kuniva is notable in regards to 7. Has become one of the most prominent representatives of a notable style or the most prominent of the local scene of a city; note that the subject must still meet all ordinary Wikipedia standards, including verifiability. Also, fellow member of Shady Records' Cashis has a Wikipedia page of his own with less of a international audience so why is Kuniva not allowed to have one?

- (talk page stalker) Cashis has had a notable album. Kuniva, to the best of my knowledge, has not. Strikerforce (talk) 22:54, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
The article you made had slim to no sources in it. Hes just not a noteable artist outside D12 on the other hand Cashis is. STATic message me! 23:27, 16 March 2011 (UTC)
The article that I made was a work in progress and every time I have gone back to it, it was redirected back to the D12 page. But if you are insistent on deleting the page each time I put it up, then I will wait until the end of the year when Kuniva's album comes out and try again. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ErykaMarie (talk • contribs) 03:25, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- You can create it at User:ErykaMarie/Kuniva and move it to article space when you have reliable sources to back up his noteability. STATic message me! 03:27, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
In the future, I would like to advise you to make that suggestion to users before deleting their work with zero explanation. It can become extremely frustrating to all parties if I am trying to contribute to the site and you are deleting it. At one point, I had begun to list sources but as I stated the page was redirected to the D12 page AGAIN. As stated before, I will wait until he has a "notable" artist with a "notable" album released to avoid this back and forth. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ErykaMarie (talk • contribs) 03:32, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- There is a tag (the Wiki markup for it escapes me at this very second) that you can place on an article that is in development that will let new page patrollers and other editors know that it is an article in progress and that it should be given a chance to develop prior to being hit with a CSD or other deletion tag... just FYI. Strikerforce (talk) 03:34, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- I did give a "explanation." He is not noteable as a solo artist unlike Eminem, Proof and Kon Artis. He's refered to as D12's Kuniva where Eminem, Proof and Kon Artis are known out side of just the group. STATic message me! 03:35, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
Kon Artis is NOT known as a solo artist. He is known as a producer under the name, Mr. Porter. And he is not known regularly billed as D12's Kuniva. I appreciate the feedback from both of you. Have a great one. (ErykaMarie (talk) 03:40, 17 March 2011 (UTC))
Nate Dogg
I was going to leave you a warning just like you left me one, but I saw you had this note in your editnotice: "I'm not a vandal and I'm not new, so please don't slap me with a generic "Welcome to Wikipedia" warning template. If you have a concern about my edits, I would prefer you leave me a message in your own words."
Instead of calling you a hypocrite, I'll just tell you that the information was in a source already in the article, after the sentence I edited. It's the BBC one, in fact. So, please try to check the sources before assuming bad faith and templating me, because that just tempts me to template you back.
Cheers, /ƒETCHCOMMS/ 01:29, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- Okay, first threatening someone is not the way to solve your problems. Second, if you read most sources the reason for his death is unknown, we can ussume it was complications but that doesn't make it true. WP:BLP. STATic message me! 01:31, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- Actually, the problem is now caused by BBC changing their article a few minutes ago, because I just refreshed the page. Before, they attributed it to the strokes. Secondly, [1] still says "died Tuesday night after a long health battle in the wake of strokes in 2007 and 2008. He was 41." I agree it's now not definitive, but if you search Google News the cached blurb still says "US hip-hop star Nate Dogg, who worked with Snoop Dogg, Warren G and Eminem, has died at the age of 41. Lawyer Mark Geragos told the Associated Press news agency that the singer died as a result of complications from two strokes he suffered in recent ..." so at the time of my edit, it was perfectly fine. Also, ABC (Australia), Vanity Fair, New Jersey Star-Ledger, et al. are saying the same thing. I will add those in as sources.
- As for you claim that I am threatening you, I'd simply like you to play by your own rules and not template a regular. This happened to me a few days ago and it's just disgusting because people don't bother to talk or look things up anymore. I'm sorry if I offended you but I feel offended as well, you know. /ƒETCHCOMMS/ 01:39, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
Well sorry I don't take the time to look at your contributions to see if you've been here a long time. I see a random change that violates WP:BLP so I revert it. Considering your edit summary was just "reason". STATic message me! 01:45, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- So you're holding others to a higher standard with your "I'm not a vandal and I'm not new, so please don't slap me with a generic "Welcome to Wikipedia" warning template. If you have a concern about my edits, I would prefer you leave me a message in your own words" message? I'm really confused now. Blindly reverting edits without checking them out isn't always a good idea, but I understand where you're coming from in this case (which was BBC's fault). I just don't appreciate you telling others not to template you when you can't even be bothered to see who I am and just go ahead with templating me. /ƒETCHCOMMS/ 01:48, 17 March 2011 (UTC)

- Strikerforce, perhaps you should be doing some fact-checking now, too? The page history, for one. /ƒETCHCOMMS/ 02:03, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- Goodness, you're both a little jumpy. Most "don't template the regulars" mistakes typically happen via the use of Twinkle or Huggle, which is why I made the statement that I did. I made an improper conclusion when I saw the issue that was being discussed. My point about how I found it amusing that an administrator got templated was why I posted, but in hindsight, I could have either stayed out of it or approached it differently. No need to get worked up, guys. SMILE! This is, after all, supposed to be enjoyable, right? Strikerforce (talk) 02:09, 17 March 2011 (UTC)

You are contradicting yourself. If A-Ri wrestles on live events to get a contract is because he is unassigned. If he were assigned, he would not need to get a contract. And, in fact, he never wins these matches, so he never gets assigned. And if he just do this on Raw events, it is because he wants to be assigned to the Raw brand, not SmackDown. It is so simple. - (talk page stalker) You should not have received a warning for disruption. I looked at your edits to the article in question and saw nothing that warranted a warning. As such, I have struck the warning on your talk page and commented there. StrikerforceTalk Review me! 08:10, 20 April 2011 (UTC)

- Khrisco it was disruption as you added a bunch or unsourced info. See WP:V. STATic message me! 19:18, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- Unsourced, yes, but not crossing the line of "disruption". A "last warning" was inappropriate. A -2 warning might have been appropriate, but not a -4. The user's edits were an attempt to be constructive, add to the encyclopedia, and did not cross the line into vandalism. As such, there were better ways to approach the situation. The number of consistent users on Wikipedia is declining and we should be encouraging content creation, not being overly hard on those who make a simple mistake.
- By the way, since you appear to like to quote policies, might I point you to AGF and CIVIL, both of which you have violated in one form or another in almost every interaction with me? StrikerforceTalk Review me! 21:13, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- He had already been given two warnings that are in his talk page history and in another case of vandalism I didn't have the time to warn him so this is the forth time i've personally caught vandalism by him recently so 4th warning was deserved. STATic message me! 23:14, 20 April 2011 (UTC)

Hi STATicVerseatide. I'm leaving you this message because you have previously been involved as an adopter with Wikipedia's Adopt-a-user program. A clean-up of this program is currently underway, and as part of the process I am trying to find out who is and isn't still interested in remaining an adopter.
If you would prefer not to be part of the adoption program anymore, you need do nothing; when the overhaul of the project is completed your name will be removed from the list of active adopters. However, if you have current adoptees, an active adoption school or an interest in adopting in the near future, then please let us know by signing here.
If you want to remain in the project and can currently take on more adoptees, there is a serious backlog at Category:Wikipedians seeking to be adopted in Adopt-a-user; it would be enormously helpful if you could take on one or two of the users there. Please do keep an eye on the project for upcoming changes, we could use your opinions and your help! Yunshui 雲水 09:21, 19 September 2012 (UTC)
Jesus Piece protection
I've declined your protection request on Jesus Piece. As with the previous admin, I don't see sufficient problematic behavior from IPs or non-confirmed editors to justify protection. In fact, I see lots of good edits from IPs. Furthermore, just because an IP edit is incorrect doesn't necessarily mean it warrants protection; protection is usually reserved for things like vandalism, IP sockpuppetry, and BLP violations. Kendrick Lamar Edit
I didn't know I needed to add an official source since his last name is clearly listed in the album credits for his album. His personal Facebook page also uses his last name - https://www.facebook.com/kendrick.lamar.94 ; if that's not enough, then I guess his last name doesn't need to be added to his Wiki page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.169.123.59 (talk) 06:23, 5 November 2012 (UTC)

Eminem/Re:December 2012
Ok. Your edit to the Eighth Studio album section of Eminem's article is not constructive in any way. It is for describing the development of the album, not discussing Eminem's features at the time. Did you see any of the other features he was in in the Relapse and Refill or Recovery and Bad Meets Evil Reunion sections? No. They are not vital to his biography or life at all. Those are smaller parts of his career and belong in his discography article only. It really doesn't make sense or seem worthy to mention a feature he was on in a section about HIS album. If any lead single or otherwise are mentioned in any of Eminem's sections they are singles from HIS albums not other artists'. So please stop. And yes I am removing content. Your content which really doesn't add anything to the article. So please stop trying to make it look like I am committing vandalism because I am removing your pointless edits and you don't like it. There. I have fully explained myself and I hope you understand. Banan14kab (talk) 11:38, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
- It is his biography therefor you meantion what happens in his career and it should be noted. Such singles as "Smack That" and "Forever" SHOULD be mentioned in the article and if they have not thats not my fault but in every other BLP on musical aritsts there featured singles ARE mentioned in the article as they should and unless you show me a poilcy or guideline that says other wise you have no backing in the madder. Also "Forgot About Dre" among others ARE mentioned so please refrain from removing any more content from the article and if you continue reverting you will violate WP:3R and be blocked from editing. You might want to also take advantage of te Show Preview button in the future. STATic message me! 11:47, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
- How is that his biography? It's a part of his CAREER. Those singles are all covered in other areas and do not explicitly need to be mentioned. Also what does BLP stand for? And you also have no policies to back you up so how is your argument any different from mine. Since you don't have any authority or policies supporting you I will also continue to remove your content. Also thanks for bringing that violation up. I'll simply edit and not revert your edits then. I feel like you aren't making a rational argument and only want your edits up. I take back my edits when I know I'm wrong. Anyway I know how to use the preview feature. You might want to take advantage of spell checking your edits in the future. Banan14kab (talk) 17:24, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
- *facepalm* Eminem is a BLP or biography of a living person. WP:BLP. If you bother to read any musical biography major featured singles are discussed in the artists career section but you insist of violating WP:3rr and removing content. STATic message me! 20:54, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
- Well how was I supposed to know what BLP meant if you didn't even link it to anything before? Jeez. e.e Not everyone knows everything on wikipedia. Anyway the only major singles I've seen in most artists' career sections were their own singles. Also I am not reverting. I am editing. If I went to your edits and reverted then wouldn't I be violating it? Also what's to say you're not safe from it? You also keep "reverting" and I read up on it. We will both be blocked. And stop leaving notices on my talk page. Your edits have no more credibility. Leave the article as it is. It's fine. And I also removed a small infobox someone left under Eminem's family section, when the main infobox is at the top of the article. It also had incorrect information. So is removing content considered violating then too? Banan14kab (talk) 22:22, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
- No you continuing to remove sourced content from the page is violating polices. The articles are not edited on your own opinion. The infobox should not have been there correct. I have not made more then 3 reverts on the same change in the last 24 like you have. Stop vandalizing wikipedia and you wont get the warnings on your talk page. Keep collecting them though you will end up getting blocked too. STATic message me! 23:20, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
- I'm not editing them on my opinion. I'm editing it based on structure. Anyway like the other user said we should reach a consensus on the talk page for Eminem's article. Also 3r or whatever or not you are also in deep and will get blocked along with me if it keeps up simply because of edit-warring so do not think you are safe. If it escalates any further we will both be blocked which actually makes sense to me. You just want to think you're the only one doing the right thing and you can think that if you want, but you are also involved in this no matter how you try to coat it. And I'm not vandalizing it just because I am removing your edits that do not belong there. Also I noticed that YOU were the on to put the notices on my page...so who's to say if you didn't give me them I would still have them. That's like a police- officier rear ending you and then fining you for reckless driving. So stop giving me them just to protect your edits. Banan14kab (talk) 04:21, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- The warnings were deserved you were removing sourced content from the article with three editors reverting you and continued to remove facts from the article. STATic message me! 04:39, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
- OK. Before this gets out of hand (again) let me ask why file is better for the infobox than the other one? His face is actually clearer in the current one, the only obscurence being the mic in his hand. I'm not trying to own the article or anything, but some of your edits just really don't seem to improve it which is what I pay attention to. Perhaps we could have a vote on the talk page or ask an admin? After all neither of us has authority on the article and can speak for the majority. What do you say? Banan14kab (talk) 13:48, 9 December 2012 (UTC)
Nate Dogg years active
He didn't record any new songs after the first stroke, therefore not active!! I wrote it in Equilibrium Allure talk section, the edit summary and Nate Doggs talk section. Its different from recording and releasing or just releasing a song from the vault. Put up a source that says he actually RECORDED vocals after his first stroke. If you check the source it also says "page not found"
He did not release any solo material after that but he still did mulitpe features such as the song the referenceded, Warren G's "Party We Will Throw" as well as multiple Warren G songs released during 2009 and 2011. STATic message me! 01:25, 4 December 2012 (UTC)

50 Cent's SKI
Hey, 50 Cent already confirmed:
- "My Life" is the actual first single of the album. You can watch he saying that at 6 minutes in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dxq2vVdaqdo
- "New Day" was scrapped along with the music video
- "First Date" isn't on the album since the day he released it. It also didn't get radio play, so it already makes the song a promotional single.
About other songs you marked as single (Outlaw and Girls Go Wild), they are not on the album.
Thanks, SrGangsta (talk) 12:27, 6 December 2012 (UTC)

- "My Life" being the first single from the album doesn't make "New Day" not a single. Promo singles are made available for free. This was available to buy and sent to radio. Just the same as "My Life" has been. If you have a reliable source citing "New Day" specifically as a promo single, add it. If not, you are adding WP:OR into the article, which is unacceptable. It's not fan made. I work for a company that creates artwork for music artists. And I was given knowledge and a copy of this artwork before the general public. This is the official artwork for this single. I did not create myself. The creative team for my company which was hired by Interscope created it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kweiss93 (talk • contribs) 03:23, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
Page Notability
Hi you redirected this page There Is No Competition 3: Death Comes in 3's as non noteable but as i was told many other times by other editors if you add a review section the page is noteable so check the page before you redirect. Koala15 (talk) 15:14, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
- According to WP:NALBUMS mixtapes are generally not notable. They are only notable under rare circumstances were there is wide coverage of them. Having a review section means nothing. You have only two sources in the article from the same website. One is a review and the other a stream of the mixtape. This does not constitute wide coverage. So it is a redirect. Assuming good faith on Wikipedia
The edit made by 213.177.232.63 to Happy Wheels was not vandalism as the user did not purposely try to degrade the quality of the page. The user only put a link in the wrong section. Please try to analyse nonconstructive edits more carefully and use the rollback (AGF) option and assume good faith where appropriate according to WP:GOODFAITH.
Also how was the UW-AGF1 (TW) warning template misused?
Cheers! 4DHS Discuss 00:06, 2 January 2013 (UTC)
- They added a unnecessary and inappropriate external link. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, and ones to random third party sites are :not appropriate. As an aside, please consider using the TW "AGF" button instead of the vandalism button. Regarding my removal of content at this article, I did use the summary boldly removing unnecssary material. As I've been watching this page (and from your edit history I can only assume you are too) there have been many unsourced and "puff" edits made to this article. After consideration and examination of other label articles, I came to the conclusion that the information I removed falls under WP:NOT. I've no objection to your reversion however, as I was merely making a bold change in hopes of tamping down on the unsourced edits. I have requested pending changes protection be enabled for this article. If you are not already a reviewer, you might want to request this permission. We can continue this discussion on the article's talk-page. Thanks little green rosetta(talk)

- You removed the whole list of artists signed to the label. This is obviously important information to include on the article of any record label. I watch this page and can usually take care of the vandalism on the page and in the section. Of course some people will add unsourced names to a list of artists signed on the label just to put their name there or a speculated signing as IPs will do on many articles about record labels. Much of the info your removed was all sourced in the section or in the article. I would suggest you avoid removing content in the future with out providing a reason. Thanks. - Theres a difference between sourcing problems and something being randomly added without a source at all that is deliberately attempting to compromise Wikipedia by adding fake information which according to WP:V is not okay. This is one of the main reasons Wikipedia is not seen as reliable source to the mainstream. I do my best to keep Wikipedia as correct as possible and I frequently check news so if it is a hoax I would know and am able to quickly revert it then allow false information to be included. Examples Spam user account bent on promoting not notable artist that has been blocked Broke the table and added an old artist back to the label. Him leaving the label is sourced on his own page. - Static, hello! I'm a Wikipedia administrator, a community member who has gone through a rigorous process to ensure my understanding of each policy is accurate and in line with community expectations. I'd like to help out here. According to WP:Vandalism, any attempt at all to improve the encyclopedia, however misdirected or in violation of policies, is not vandalism. Vandalism is intended to smear or deface the encyclopedia. Adding an external link can be vandalism if the external link has nothing to do with the topic, is an attack site, a site with viruses, or other intentionally misleading external links. But spam by itself is likely more misguided rather than intentional defacement. When you call these edits vandalism you are hurting, not helping, the encyclopedia. These folks adding these links do not know about WP:SPAM and they think they are being helpful (which is why it is not vandalism). When you call it vandalism, you are offending them and turning them off to the encyclopedia (see WP:BITE). Please, in the future, use the AGF tag for anything but intentional defacement of the encyclopedia.--v/r - TP 14:58, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
- So if I add write now that I am a member of GOOD Music and link my twitter just to promote myself on a page that has nothing to do with me It is not vandalism? Sure sounds like trying to compromise the encyclopedia to me. These IP's know they are not being helpful and are just trying to promote their music on wikipedia, which is not okay. Also its not gonna scare anyone away since I seriously doubt an IP with one edit is going to understand how to look up who reverted them. STATic message me! 15:04, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
- The difference is, you know what you're doing, they do not. You have to assume good faith that they think they are being helpful, even if they really arn't. Vandalism is only a bad faith intentional action. They do not know the policies they violate, you would.--v/r - TP 15:19, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
- Agreed. However it goes against WP:V. Everything in Wikipedia must be verified by a reliable source let alone a source at all. These edits were bad in faith just to add themselves(an artist they like) only to promote it by Wikipedia saying that they are signed to the label when that is far from the truth. I google search these claims before I revert them, I don't just blindly revert. If they turn out to be false I revert it as vandalism as any experienced editor would. STATic message me! 15:42, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
- Yes, they do, and WP:EL. But they dont know that. Experienced editors wouldn't revert it as vandalism though. As LGR and 4DHS already explained to you above, there is an (AGF) rollback button. You should use that one instead. It's less bitey and it doesn't call good faith edits vandalism. As I am an experienced editor, and I wouldn't mark it as vandalism, your statement that any experienced editor would do it is wrong. You have 3 experienced editors here telling you that your approach to external links is wrong and would appreciate it if you could make an effort to use the (AGF) button instead. It's the same amount of work for you, but causes less stress and bad feelings on the other party.--v/r - TP 15:56, 9 February 2013 (UTC)

I respect you and you're opinion as an Admin, however I believe you are the only experienced editor telling me anything. If you bother to look at my edit history I AGF more often then not and I guess you messed up by not WP:AGF with me. I agree that one edit on Happy Wheels probably was not best to be marked as vandalism, at the time I believed it to be spam. The edits on GOOD Music however were vandalism if you ask any editor that frequently works and patrols vandalism in music topics. You do not seem to get the fact that I research if the claim is true before reverting in those cases. If its false, and destroying the verifability of Wikipedia then it should be quickly removed. STATic message me! 16:17, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
- I do not doubt your good faith, I fully believe you are doing what you think is right. That's what good faith is. False information by itself is not vandalism. Vandalism has an intention behind it. You have to know what you are doing is wrong for it to be vandalism.--v/r - TP 17:12, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
Title of "Bitches Love Me"
I noticed that you claim that "Bitches Love Me" is the official title of this article. Various titles were attributed to the song when it originally leaked ("Good Kush & Alcohol (Bitches Love Me)" or simply "Bitches Love Me", for example). However, I'm curious as to what basis you claim that "Bitches Love Me" is the song's official title: titles' haven't necessarily been decided when a song originally leaks, and as my examples show, there is often debate as to what a song's title actually is before the record label (or whoever) officially releases the song.
For this reason, we should only list song titles as the ones given by digital retailers or radio playlists: songs aren't always officially released under explicit titles, even in their uncensored forms (for every "Fuckin' Problems", there's an "Oochie Pop"). Although I understand your thinking, we need to go by official sources, and both iTunes (even for the explicit version, note) and Amazon, and the single cover itself, show the song's title to simply be "Love Me". I have abstained from moving the page myself for the time being, as I hope to have a diplomatic discussion with you about any changes before they are made. I Am Rufus • Conversation is a beautiful thing. 20:14, 29 January 2013 (UTC)
- It seems like he released it under a clean title "Love Me" so it could get more commercial appeal and to avoid having it as "B****** Love Me" such as what was done with you're own example "F**kin Problems"[1] and countless songs in the past. Also good kush and alcohol (Bitches Love Me) result pales in comparison to Bitches Love Me and Love Me Lil Wayne which Bitches Love Me comes up with more results. I also see it being on the album as "Bitches Love Me" as many singles have done that before. Even when the release date was first announced by Lil Wayne's manager it was named "Bitches Love Me".[2]
- If the songs was listed on iTunes or wherever as "B****** Love Me", then the title would obviously be "Bitches Love Me", but the fact that it does not contain the word in any form is telling: no official retailer or radio playlist, as far as I know, has the song listed as anything other than "Love Me". Music websites should be used with caution as definitive sources for titles because, as I pointed out, they have a tendency to guess slightly. I also think you may have misconstrued the tweet you refer to: it's the user asking Cortez Bryant about the song's release who refers to it as "Bitches Love Me", not Bryant himself, who notes the song's release date but makes no comment on its title. In any case, it is perhaps best to wait for the tracklisting for I Am Not a Human Being II to be released and see how it is listed there. One more thing: just because one Google search brings up more references to a title to another, this doesn't automatically make it the right one. I Am Rufus • Conversation is a beautiful thing. 21:22, 3 February 2013 (UTC)

Drake
O great you again. Ok let's settle this nicely. If the alias section in the infobox only includes other names the artist has released music under than some other pages need work like Eminem's. He has never released music under the name "Slim Shady". It's just an alter ego. He has also recorded music under the rap name "M&M", but that was when he was still a teenager. So does that count? Once again your arguments are not making much sense. Banan14kab (talk) 06:34, 13 February 2013 (UTC)
- Yes, I know I was correct at the Drake article. Also I have not been involved in that portion of the Eminem article. I think Slim Shady should be removed as he never actually released music under the name, it is more of a character of his, or an alter-ego. M&M on the other hand was his stage name for many years and he did record and release music under M&M as seen Steppin' onto the Scene. So I believe Slim Shady should be removed and M&M should stay per Template: Infobox musical artist. STATic message me! 20:40, 13 February 2013 (UTC)

The Houma Courier is a newspaper established over 100 years ago and for a while was owned by the New York Times company - reliable enough for the purpose. The source you've replaced it with is a magazine founded by a fashion designer only 10 years ago - also probably reliable, but an unnecessary change, and one that now needs fixing as you replaced the reference with a bare URL link. Peter James (talk) 00:45, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
- Yeah fixing a bare URL, so difficult. I would take a known reliable music source over a newspaper that has seemed to got the info wrong. Not like Complex was the only one to report it. It also was a completely necessary change as the page listed he was on a completely different record label. STATic message me! 01:05, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
- Now I see, it's a necessary change, but it's an update. The information you removed was probably correct when it was published; the same label is mentioned by the other source already in the article. Peter James (talk) 01:32, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
- I do not think an artist can get out of one label contract and get into another one within the 5 days the article existed. So I do not believe that is so. Seems like he is/was more of an affiliated person to the label then an actual signed member. STATic message me! 01:46, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
- You're possibly correct with "affiliated", but I can't find any reliable sources for it, and definitions of "signed" don't necessarily require a contract (search Wikipedia for "signed" "non-contract"). Even if negotiations on a contract take more than 8 days they could have started before an existing contract with another label, if there was one, expired. I will keep fixing inconsistencies on this page. If a page is cited as a source for information in the article, it makes the source citable for any information in the text also if you check the page for Juicy J it also says the release date is in March. I will continue to keep this article consistent with other Wikipedia pages what you are doing is hurting the integrity of Wikipedia. The source is from a blog which in the first place are not a reliable source per WP:BLOG and WP:RS and two, He has not announced a actual release day, tracklist or album coverso what makes you think it is coming out in the next 25 days? That is illogical if you know anything about the music busniess the album is not just going to release out of no where. It is not illogical and the website is featured in many other juicy j Wikipedia pages as well as cited for other information on the page. This was first released on juicy j's official Facebook and twitter and is an official interview hypetrack is a magazine not a blog and you are the one starting an edit way I am just making a simple edit. I will revert it again after 24 hours has passed. You are hurting Wikipedia by making pages inconsistent across the spectrum.Sgelman55 (talk) 18:36, 8 March 2013 (UTC)
- First of all YOU can NOT block me and that will not happen since I have done nothing wrong. Also remain civil and read WP:NPA. You seem to need to read Wikipedia guidelines more before editing such as WP:RS. The album is NOT coming out this month and it is illogical to think that it is. The source is outdated how hard is it to understand that? I have explained to you what a reliable source is and HypeTrak is not one and its information should be removed throughout the project. Again the album is NOT being released this month as he has not announced a release date yet. The source is OUTDATED look up the definition if you do not know what that means. The information was at once true but obviously is no longer true. Also if you continue to revert after the 24 hour period you can and will be blocked. STATic message me! 20:24, 8 March 2013 (UTC)
Another thing is Wikipedia is not a source for Wikipedia. The source on the Juicy J article is not from Hypetrak (an unreliable source) it comes from the November 2012 interview. Even more outdated. STATic message me! 22:21, 8 March 2013 (UTC)

Also I did not attack you, I brought to attention the inconsistencies that you are causing by denying factual proof and constantly reverting my changes that are cited and used on the same page. You cant use some information on a page and call it viable information but for another section it is outdated and not viable... Sgelman55 (talk) 19:26, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
- Calling someone a jerk when they are doing nothing to you is a personal attack, see WP:NPA, and is not accepted. You are new here and I have pointed to you the many policys and guidelines that make Wikipedia what it is, however I doubt you have bothered reading any of them. I sign my posts, I post as myself and no one else so I do not understand your logic. The interview is from over a month ago and is from an UNRELIABLE SOURCE per WP:RS. I am not the only one that reverted you, which should tell you that you are wrong in making this change. It is not used in the lead or the infobox since March 2013 is outdated. If it was releasing this month the album would be being promoted more, a cover artwork or tracklist would have been revealed or most importantly a solid date of release. This album is being released on a major label. It is not just some mixtape that is going to release out of no where.
- The other area in the article that says March 2013 says that was the last announced release date but that is OBVIOUSLY an old release period. Other recent sources say May 2013, This Summer among many others saying soon. He has been pushing it back for months and months this is not anything new. It should be left off until he actually announces a concrete release date. STATic message me! 21:14, 9 March 2013 (UTC)
WorldStarHipHop
Hi, STAT!
I noticed this edit. The article states that WorldStarHipHop has a primarily black audience. What's more is that there discussions about the website's effect on the portrayal of inner city black youth.
WorldStarHipHop was made by a man from New York City, so either put it in the NYC project or the larger USA project. WhisperToMe (talk) 22:23, 11 March 2013 (UTC)
- There is nothing to verify the website has a primary black audience, I for example am white and I browse the website. Also videos posted on the website feature all different types of races. The article states it is directed towards "Hip Hop audiences" then a "primarily black audience". The NYC project does make more sense the just a USA project but I am not involved in those projects. - Evaluations of the reader base should originate from what reliable sources say. And so: Zurawik, David. "Worldstarhiphop.com makes a name for itself with violent viral videos." The Baltimore Sun. March 23, 2012.
- "Compared with all Internet users, its users are disproportionately African-American," according to Alexa, "and they tend to be childless, moderately educated men in the age range of 18 to 24 who browse from school and home.""
- "Worse yet, say some media observers, because of its African-American identity, it has the potential to be used by some viewers to create or fuel stereotypes of urban America as an out-of-control, chaotic space dominated by young, violent, African-American men."
- The African-American identity thing was already in the article. I just now added the Alexa stats.
- WhisperToMe (talk) 05:58, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
- Obviously if these notes were in the article I would have not removed the project in the first place. My mistake, I took it as generalizizng the website as an african-american website rather then a hip-hop fan oriented website. STATic message me! 19:28, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
- Hey, it's fine! I should have included the Alexa data (which wasn't already in the article) sooner. WhisperToMe (talk) 22:10, 12 March 2013 (UTC)
- BTW have you heard of OnSMASH? I wrote that article. If you are interested in adding more, you are welcome WhisperToMe (talk) 22:11, 12 March 2013 (UTC)

Take Care
Hi there.
I notice that several months back you moved Talk:Take Care (album) to Talk:Take Care (diff), reverting a move User:Bananas Monkey performed. Take Care is now a disambiguation page. The talk page of Take Care (album) should obviously be at Talk:Take Care (album). Do you think you could revert your move?
Thanks in bundles! Michaelzeng7 (talk) 01:20, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
- I was attempting to move both the talk page and article but it did not work. It will not let me move it back as Talk:Take Care (album) needs to be deleted. I have requested it for speedy deletion so this should all be fixed soon. STATic message me! 01:33, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
Rape in Games category removed from Heavy Rain
Why? The game contains 2 instances of attempted rape.
http://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Heavy_Rain&action=history
http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Category:Rape_in_video_games
- There are possible "attemptions of rape" but the game does show physical rape happening. What two instances are you refering to? STATic message me! 19:37, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
- There are three attempted rapes in the game. I don't know how much attempted rape you would need to observe in order to classify a game to the "Rape in video games" category - since - you know - a major theme for the female characters in the game is rape. Maybe you wouldn't know much about the impact of rape in media since it seems like you're a really big Eminem fan - a musician that uses completed rape for cheap thrills. Not sure if that has something to do with it. 24.44.248.55 (talk) 23:25, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
- You still have not pointed out these instances or provided reliable sources to back up that rape takes place in the game. Which it does not. If you even played the game you would know that rape is not a major theme in it at all. There are instances where a male character maybe "attempting it" or attempting to make inappropriate sexual advances towards Maidison, though I do not recall any point in the game where any character got raped however. As for the Eminem comment, you are just grabbing at nothing there. Its music do not take it to serious. STATic message me! 23:49, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
- I'm not going to disseminate major plot spoilers for the sake of justifying the category inclusion. Anyone that has played the game will observe at a minimum two instances of attempted rape and a third one under certain conditions. I think your perception of what attempted rape looks like might be clouded, but I'm also a bit perturbed that you would expect a PS3 M-rated game to feature actual scenes of rape involving penetration? Do you know of any non-adult game involving that? Further: the distinction you're drawing between attempted and completed rape is so irrelevant to artistic media that I'm going to guess that you're pulling a red herring into the argument. This is not a crime or legal article classification - the game CONCERNS rape and rape is a major aspect of the gameplay for multiple characters. The edit stands. 01:43, 16 March 2013 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.44.248.55 (talk)
Plot spoilers? What? This is a discussion and I have played the game so you would not be spoiling anything, which does not madder in the first place. You are not providing any back up to your claim. I do not recall any character naked with a guy trying to take advantage of them. You need to keep a WP:NPOV, not just jumping to the conclusion they are trying to rape her. The game is not about rape and rape is not major gameplay aspect. I bet if you told the developers that they would think you are out of your mind. You are obviously a woman based on your laughable post on Talk: Main Page. However I am not going to edit war over this, as I simply do not have an agenda to push as you seem to. STATic message me! 01:55, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
- OK thank you for capitulating seeing that I am correct. I also appreciate your coming forward with your clear anti-female stance. You can get back to your Eminem wiki contributions now, i.e. fleshing out the domestic violence and misogyny sections on each of his pages. 04:34, 16 March 2013 (UTC)~ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.44.248.55 (talk)
Album cover
Hi you reverted my album cover upload on Hotel California (Tyga album) saying, it "might be a deluxe editon or something of that nature" well various reliable websites reported the cover had been changed and that it is the official cover like [5] and Tyga also confirmed it as the official cover here [6] i think thats much more reliable then a possibly outdated Amazon page. Koala15 (talk) 01:41, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
- Hey, I was just going off what I saw on Amazon as they are usually the best source (besides iTunes) when it comes to album covers. I was thinking that he would use the cover that actuly has him on it as the standard edition cover. Seeing those sources, it seems like that it might be the official cover. More then likely one of the covers will end up being the standard edition and the other being the deluxe edition from how it seems. The same thing happened with Jesus Piece for example with two covers. I think it would be best if we waited till the album goes up on iTunes for preorder, as however it appears there will most likely be how it will be packaged. Then we can change it accordingly considering retailers are the best source when it comes to these things. Is that cool with you? STATic message me! 02:03, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
Yeah sounds fine April 9, isn't that far away anyway so more info will become available. Koala15 (talk) 02:06, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
- Exactly this should be straightened out within a week. Happy editing! STATic message me! 04:15, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
Let's try this again
Hi again, can you explain why you reverted my edit here [7]? I broached the subject here as an attempt at civility, rather than merely reverting. If you'd prefer I can revert, and seek further assistance from uninvolved editors. Again, thank you. 99.136.255.134 (talk) 22:20, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
- I reverted you because you removed a large amount of content without giving a good reason. Can you cite the website is a copy violation of? If you cannot, you should not be declaring a copy vio. That summary is usually kept in articles on upcoming films after the trailers are released, until the film is released. This is not the only article these sorts of plot are on. STATic message me! 22:28, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
- A Google search finds it everywhere, but I was looking at it here [8]. It is of a type of adpseak that suggests it was copied from elsewhere, the sort of prose a professional p.r. person, and not a casual contributor, would write. If you're correct that summaries of this type are routinely used in Wikipedia articles, then we've got a problem with our pieces being used as promotional vehicles for movie studios. To my original point about this instance, whether or not it's a copyvio it's unencyclopedic in tone. 99.136.255.134 (talk) 23:08, 21 March 2013 (UTC)
Freaks single cover
No i did not want seem like the one that uploaded it first, the version i uploaded was quite clearer and had better colors. and i understand it makes more work the admins, but people uploading clearer versions of images isn't a new thing on Wikipedia. Koala15 (talk) 01:05, 23 March 2013 (UTC)
IANAHB 2
Hey, you reverted my edit stating The Versed is not a professional source, which I don't agree with. WP:ALBUMS/REVSIT has a list of sites which can be used for critical reviews, but it never says other sourced cannot be used.
The criteria for notability is as follows:
"reviews should be written by professional music journalists or DJs, or found within any online or print publication having a (paid or volunteer) editorial and writing staff (which excludes personal blogs), and must be from a source that is independent of the artist, record company, etc."
The Versed meets all these requirements - it is a popular independent online magazine, which focuses on album reviews and Colton S. is part of its editorial team. Critical reviews from The Versed have been used in other articles here, such as Finally Rich and Wu Block.
2Flows (talk) 01:48, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- You might want to request it being added to WP:ALBUMS/REVSIT via Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Albums. Considering it is a Lil Wayne album it will receive reviews from major newspapers and websites included in ALBUMREVSIT within the next couple days. So even if it was kept, by the middle of the week it would have been removed to make room since only 10 reviews are allowed in the template. Considering The Versed does not even have a Wikipedia article, it must not be the notable. STATic message me! 02:09, 25 March 2013 (UTC)
- I guess you're right about the Album Ratings template, though the Critical response section of the article is not limited to 10 reviews (or is it?). Anyways, i won't make a big deal of that, if you think it's not notable for the article, let it be that way.. 2Flows (talk) 04:10, 25 March 2013 (UTC)

The Checkuser Mixup & Thanks To Helping Soulja Boy Page Out
Hello STATic Verseatide My Bad About My Talk Page Having the mixup with the checkuser, which you is absolutely right i am not, & will be removed. Please stay in contact with me, because though im not a check user I would love to become one, no matter how much work I gotta do. MusicLover1Hunnid (talk) 20:52, 27 March 2013 (UTC)
- No problem. Also make sure you provide a reliable source to all changes, as it took me awhile to find an official source that the albums title had been changed to that, but good job on fixing that in a first place. Keep in mind if you are going to use Twitter as a source ever. The information should come from his official twitter, not anyone elses. Also you have that you are a checkuser on your WP:Userpage too.
