The entire 'Early life and education' section is unreferenced.

The remaining 27 citations all appear in career sections, so presumably verify the various works listed (listed without providing any context or details), without establishing notability per WP:GNG of the actual person.

Speaking of notability, it's far from clear on what basis this is being claimed – musician, writer, or something else?

In conclusion, much work remains to be done. Including getting rid of the odd boldface, as already pointed out.

I took this picture from his Facebook profile. I have clicked on my own work option so that the copyright does not come while uploading the image in the article. You are not allowed to upload other people's photographs, that's precisely why the upload process asks you to confirm that it's really your own work you're uploading. You have now released someone else's property into the public domain, where anyone can use it for any purpose. So, after we went through all that yesterday, I now find that you've swapped the photo in Draft:Shamim Hossen to another one also uploaded as your 'own work'. One day I went to enjoy a cricket match at Mirpur Sher-e-bangla Stadium in Dhaka. I saw him there and requested to take his picture. As he is a popular journalist, song writer, actor in Bangladesh. Until yesterday I didn't know that uploading someone else's image violates copyright laws. That's why I uploaded a picture of myself later. Hope, I was able to convince you. You were already doing pretty well there, and then blew it with the final sentence. If you got the subject's permission, then a) this again suggests that you have some sort of external relationship with him, and b) it isn't your own work, then, which is what you said when you first uploaded it.
