Are you going to post your rubric? ++Lar: t/c 03:22, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I'll wait until most of the candidates have answered so they don't look at the rubric and write their answers. :P --Rschen7754 03:26, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Humor[edit]

Gotta say, it's quite amusing to see me get the same "civility" score as Off2riorob and Giano. I realize that's the metric you're using and there is an RFC out there started against me, but I just thought I'd call out the irony in being lumped in there.
On another note, if you're giving points out for just being an OTRS volunteer, I was approved earlier this week--I'd applied before nominating myself for ArbCom--and just managed to handle my first tickets today. Thanks for taking the time to try and provide metrics-based guidance for the community; it's obvious that you're trying to be as objective and comprehensive as possible. Hello, Rschen7754. Thank you for taking the time to evaluate me and all the other candidates, and doing so in a fair and systematic way. I notice, however, that you give me 0 points for the additional experience area, while you note that serving on OTRS qualifies a candidate for points in that area. I have been on OTRS since May 2009. Your taking that into consideration is much appreciated. harej 19:16, 26 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In regards to both of your concerns: I have added Harej's points and Jclemens' The both of you are right on the bubble; I'm not bumping either of you to Support since the next highest is a whole 5% higher. (Iridescent has been bumped down to Neutral since you're pretty much all in the same category in terms of points). The curve's already been set, which makes this more difficult - usually you want to mention your OTRS experience in your statement anyway since it does look good for a candidate to have done this. --Rschen7754 00:07, 27 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, in any case! harej 02:24, 27 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
