There aren’t any real articles talking about it, but he is properly credited in the video. Could I cite the video itself? RmationYT (talk) 17:00, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Is it a YouTube video? Knitsey (talk) 17:02, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah the series as a whole is an indie YouTube series so yeah.
here’s his character I guess. if you can’t source YouTube here (for some reason it tells me it’s blocked) than you can find his voice acting information on the show’s wiki.

Ah, a fandom site isn't going to be suitable as it's self populating (no oversight). Is there anything else? Knitsey (talk) 20:11, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Well that’s the issue. No news article talks about this, but the video itself does have credit attributed to it. Is it possible to site a YouTube description? RmationYT (talk) 03:12, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Before trying to add material related to Battle for Dream Island, please read WP:BFDI. The subject is on the very short list of perennial requests on deletion review: Wikipedia:Deletion review/Perennial requests#Battle for Dream Island. In short, there is very likely nothing else, or that essay would eventually be deprecated and Battle for Dream Island would be created. Regards, CapnZapp (talk) 23:04, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I know you guys have a whole situation with this show but the information I was trying to add was more about the fact Kevin MacLeod had done voice acting. I feel like adding his only known voice acting role sounds reasonable. RmationYT (talk) 03:13, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
and also i feel like it’s okay to add information related to it as long as it’s related to the main topic of the page. is the entire world going to explode if we mention something that can’t/won’t have a page if the focus is supposed to be more on the person related to it? RmationYT (talk) 15:55, 3 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

EvergreenFir, block RmationYT indefinitely!

[edit]

EvergreenFir, can you please block RmationYT indefinitely because of the addition of BFDI to Kevin MacLeod article? 2603:7000:B8F0:80D0:280F:2C79:C8BC:457F (talk) 02:06, 4 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi!!! I don’t know if you noticed, but this is literally my talk page. This is like trying to set up a trap and giving the victim a notice.
Also I feel like this is an overreaction. I added that because Kevin’s only voice role ever just so happened to be BFDI. I know you guys don’t want a page for BFDI, which, I’ll respect. But this is information that still concerns Kevin. Mentioning it won’t cause anything bad to happen. Also I see that you have reverted an edit on tomska, who had a similar situation as what I did on Kevin’s page.
The most you should ever do is ban me only from that page. But even that’s stupid. RmationYT (talk) 11:21, 4 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
People should not be blocked for having an opinion AmericanAccount704 (talk) 14:04, 4 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It’s not an opinion it’s legit stupid to not be able to add an important mile-stone in someone’s career on their page just because it’s related to something Wikipedia isn’t allowed to have a page about. Like I’m not writing that page silly, the person the page is about just so happened to have a small connection with it. RmationYT (talk) 15:04, 4 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
