A Wikipedia article, such as Aon Hewitt, should only include information relevant to the subject of the article. If you have a personal grievance against Alight Solutions, a successor firm to Aon Hewitt, take it to the appropriate forum. Wikipedia isn't the right place to air your grievances. — MShabazz Talk/Stalk 00:23, 30 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Warning: Edit-Warring

[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Aon Hewitt. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. — MShabazz Talk/Stalk 01:50, 30 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Forcing out and calling it voluntary resignation makes it difficult

[edit]

If teen school drop out Alli was angry at you, you would be ably explain it to others if you knew why she was angry. You would be able to convince others that you didn't do anything wrong or at least explain the circumstances which lead to an issue with Alli. Likewise, if Alight appropriately called my exit a termination of employment and showed me a reason for it, I would be able to contest that decision or at least explain my actions in such a way that I get a job somewhere else. It's some employees possibly including a director lying to everyone above him about seemingly unimportant matters. I'm unable to take it to court due to two reasons: one is, the court will be hearing from the same people who are lying. Another one is that I haven't been able to get a steady job since my exit from Alight and as a result, I have little money. Can you please give me Pavan Bhalla's email address? Or the same of any of the directors other than Pawan Chowdhary? Ridhumohan (talk) 02:44, 30 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

What I'm looking for in this helpless situation

[edit]

I'm looking for a termination letter dated June 21, 2017 or any other date they would please to give, reason for termination explained in detail, and salaries for the months that have elapsed since my exit from Alight. Please help by connecting me with a leader above Pawan Chowdhury. I have been demanding transperancy from the day of my exit one way or the other. I emailed CEO demanding action against the people who threw me out or ₹600000. I realise that I was merely looking for a way to move on. People I had issues with don't want me yo move on. That's why they are doing this. If Alight forced me out, then it owes me a termination letter. Ridhumohan (talk) 02:52, 30 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I missed just a few words

[edit]

I missed to say 'he wrote referring to himself in third person' before the words 'Alight Solutions' stooped Ridhumohan (talk) 10:14, 31 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I thought I was merely creating new pages or editing pages that already existed without violating any rules. The ex-employee I was referring to is myself, and I was trying to get some help too because I am broke and do not have enough money to get legal assistance. I have genuine interest in contributing to wiki as I did in my first few edits. Later I thought I found an opportunity to fix a very serious life problem by writing about it on the pages created for concerned people. Now I have decided to find another way to fix my problems. I am genuinely interested in contributing to wiki. I'm sure I will enjoy doing that for many years to come while strictly adhering to the rules and regulations

Decline reason:

We are not a venue for you to pursue your vendetta against a former employer. GABgab 15:39, 31 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
