Either stop it or defend it. You know what I'm referring to. A simple defense of why this should be included in the article is all that's necessary. If not I will consider contacting an administrator to sort it. Thanks. (StevenEdmondson (talk) 22:34, 6 August 2008 (UTC))
All Good Things
Please revert your recent edit to the nelly furtao discography in it you changed the position of all good things come to an end from 2 to 1, this song did not make it to number one, in case there is any confusion that dutch section in the discography represents the dutch top 40, if it represented mega top 50 then it could be changed to 1 24.91.135.228 01:49, 24 January 2007 (UTC)

Mariah Carey
Stop reverting Mariah Carey's biography. The statement "However, some critics have said Carey's efforts to showcase her vocal talents have been at the expense of communicating true emotion through song" is a slanted, and bias perception of the artists voice. The two articles enclosed are extraneous and bias, as well need to be removed unless you will subsequently offer another perspective on M. Carey's voice.--The Knowledge 02:55, 7 July 2007 (UTC)

- After looking over the article, I would have to agree with you.
- I put a {{sources}} template in the Trivia section. It must have been added after it was declared a FA. If it can't be cited, then it should be deleted but you should give people some time to find sources.
- Quotes should be removed as most (or all) of the listed quotes are already on Wikiquote's Mariah Carey page.
- I will also put a message on the talk page about this as well (if a similar message doesn't already exist) -- Mr.Z-mantalk 18:22, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

Your recent contribution(s) to the Wikipedia article Not Too Late are very much appreciated. However, you did not provide references or sources for your information. Keeping Wikipedia accurate and verifiable is very important, and as you might be aware there is currently a drive to improve the quality of Wikipedia by encouraging editors to cite the sources they used when adding content. If sources are left unreferenced, it may count as original research, which is not allowed. Can you provide in the article specific references to any books, articles, websites or other reliable sources that will allow people to verify the content in the article? You can use a citation method listed at How to cite sources. Thanks! Extraordinary Machine 18:26, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

MARIAH CAREY SALES
Hey Reidlos quit changing mariah carey sales. The sales that you claim are redicilously low and are supported by only one site!!!! My sales are everywhere: guiness world records, sony, columbia, island records and almost all internet and encyclopedia sources. Please go change something else......
P.S. Don't put information that is supported by only one source and it's content is extremely different with all the other sources!!! This is an encyclopedia people from all around the world is reading this! We should provide them correct information.
Thanks,
Iliassarris

Why you keep changing Mariah's picture ??
You blanked your own userpage right?
Well someone wrote on your userpage and it seemed like an inflammatory comment so I reverted the page to your version which is why it is not blank. Just letting you know that I didn't vandalize your page. mirageinred 18:07, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
Mariah chart topping
Hey! I added some info to Mariah's page, then you removed it. The info is accurate, verifiable and (at least, it seems to me) relevant. So, why not add it? I started a thread in the discussion page whether we should or not include it. Please, join!

I can't find a reliable source that states mediatraffic.de only covers 92.5% of world sales, and their own website doesn't mention anything about it, so I restored the original figure. I know there's lots of message board talk about it (e.g. on ukmix.org and the Pulse Music Board), but I've not read one person providing evidence for it. If you know of a reliable source, though, then by all means add it. Thanks. Extraordinary Machine 20:26, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent contribution removed content from Mariah Carey. Please be more careful when editing pages and do not remove content from Wikipedia without a good reason, which should be specified in the edit summary. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Images of living people
Please stop removing uncopyrighted images from articles and putting copyrighted ones as you did in Mariah Carey. Its against the fair use criteria. Vikrant 12:18, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
Hi, don't forget to provide an edit summary or explain your edits on the talk page. As I said the sentence is composed of weasel words ("some critics"), and you could probably find something like that about every artist. That is it is not relevant. Vints (talk) 18:19, 8 February 2008 (UTC)
Stop fucking with the E=MC2 page!
Check the VH1 source. It shows all the correct titles and their co-producers. You are not the only one, but this is getting ridiculous. Also, Heat, 4 Real, 4Real, and For The Record all had sources, but no one is going to keep researching it if it will get removed 2 seconds later.
Amanda Ghost is no longer relevant. The UK mention false collaborators on every album she does.
No T.I. won't be on it. He said that he would like too, not that he was. Everyone needs to refer to what has come info we have gotten in the last 90 days b/c before then, everything was a rumor. And there was a source for those songs, but I'm not looking for it if some jackass will remove it in a few minutes. Lovin' You Long Time is the same as Lovin' You Too Long. Someone just fucked up the name. If you look back you will see that the UK always give names for Mariah's albums, but none of them are ever true in the end.
Mariah Carey
If the references contain sources for all the statements then you need to cite them. Otherwise all you're saying to the reader is "here's a bunch of facts, here's a bunch of web links, work it out yourself; it's all in there, honest." That's not very useful, verifiable, or friendly. It also could suggest that you can't be bothered to cite the facts, or can't cite the facts, but are hoping no-one is going to make the effort of checking. Please either cite the flagged facts, or replace the fact tags, or removed the unsupported information. Thanks. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 22:34, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
E=MC²
Please refrain form including the All Music Guide review until it has has been finalized and published. The review is only tentative— it is written on the blog, open for scrutiny under the 'review round up' section, and it hasn't given the album a star rating like all of their usual reviews. That clearly indicates that the review is not finalized. Would it be too much trouble to wait until it has been published? Please? Orane (talk) 01:27, 14 April 2008 (UTC)
Please do not reinstate the tables. It is not in line with WIKI:ALBUMS guidelines. Thank you.Reqluce (talk) 10:59, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
The featured article you quoted is only one article, and is not a Wiki guideline. This is:
Track listing A track listing should generally be formatted as a numbered list.
"Complete song title" (John Doe, Brian Smith) – 4:23 First verse: Name of rapper Second verse: Name of rapper Samples: Name of sample source (preferably including artist, song, and album) "Complete song title" (Doe, Kelly Kalamazoo) – 3:24 "Complete song title" (Doe, Kalamazoo, Smith, David Whitman) – 2:34 Track names should be in quotes in the track listing and in the rest of the article. A track that is a medley of multiple songs should be inside one set of quotes, like this: "Song 1/Song 2". Untitled tracks should be listed as Untitled (without quotes). If a track has an article of its own, the track name should link to that article.
Note the standard method of attributing songwriters—write (and link) the full name the first time it appears, and then just give the last name (unless the first initial is necessary to disambiguate it, as in the Gallagher brothers of Oasis). If all songs were written by the same person or team, this can be stated at the top as "All songs were written by Gordon Gano." If several songs were written by the same person or team, this can be stated as "All songs were written by Gordon Gano, except where noted."
Track lengths should be included for each track. Use a spaced en dash (–) rather than a hyphen (-) as a dividing horizontal punctuation mark before the track length. (Note that they may both look the same in the edit box.) You can insert it from the special character list below the edit box (see Help:Special characters) or copy and paste it from here. You can also add it by writing – HTML entity to the edit box (like this "–") but this makes the code less readable. If you think that this is too difficult, you can still use a hyphen, and hope that someone is going to change it into a dash. This holds true both in "Track listing" and "Personnel" sections. See also Wikipedia:Manual of Style#Dashes.
Particularly for hip hop albums, it is helpful to list which members of a group (or guests) rap on which verses as well as mentioning sampling sources. This can be done in a nested list, as in the example above. Using a table is recommended in more complicated situations (see Before These Crowded Streets for example). If a table is used, it should be formatted using class="wikitable", using column headings "#", "Title" and "Length" for the track number, the track title and the track length, respectively.
The track listing should be under a primary heading named "Track listing". If there are significantly different track listings for different editions, these can be listed under sub-headings. If the album was released primarily on CD and spans multiple discs, these should be listed separately under sub-headings named "Disc one", "Disc two" and so on. Albums originally released primarily on vinyl or cassette should similarly list the tracks of each side separately under sub-headings named "Side one" and "Side two".
Please look at the recommendation for a table for complicated album tracklistings.Reqluce (talk) 14:18, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
Producers are already mentioned in the infobox, as well as in the Album information section, sometimes broken down into 'production / recording ' sub sections if there is an extensive number of different producers involved. In this case, it has already been covered in "Production history" and "Announced producers and collaborators". Reqluce (talk) 21:26, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
TaiWan Music Chart
Stop deleting the TaiWan Music Chart from the "Chart position" section. What i want to say is "TaiWan G-music music charts" are recognized by TaiWan IFPI and definitely official in TaiWan. You cannot always delete what you do not know. Add it, please.--145.116.226.40 (talk) 12:27, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
User notice: temporary 3RR block
Reidlos (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I frequently asked people to discuss changes and not to add unimportant/trivial info. Still some people edit sections and only cite unreliable sources. What exactly did I wrong then?
Decline reason:
WP:3RR does not include an exception for reverting edits that "add unimportant/trivial info." Please take some time to review 3RR, and either 1. Accept the rest of the 24 hour block, 2. Request an unblock documenting your newfound understanding of 3RR, or 3. contest it again with specific diffs of how the edits you reverted constituted WP:VANDalism. I would encourage you to carefully review WP:VAND#NOT before choosing option 3. — Jclemens (talk) 18:52, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
Reidlos (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
- First of all I wanted to say that I didn't know about the 3RR thing. I'll try to respect it from now on. Sorry!
- It says here:
- What is not vandalism: Stubbornness
- Some users cannot come to agreement with others who are willing to talk to them about an editing issue, and repeatedly make changes opposed by everyone else. This is regrettable—you may wish to see our dispute resolution pages to get help. Repeated deletion or addition of material may violate the three-revert rule, but this is not "vandalism" and should not be dealt with as such. See also Tendentious editing
- On the discussion page of the article (Talk:E=MC²_(Mariah_Carey_album)#Concerns) I created a section dealing with the problem some users obviously have with this article. Some of them responded, others kept reverting/ editing without arguing or giving any reason. So I warned them/invited them to discuss it, but still no response, some of them just blanking the user talk pages. (e.g.: User_talk:JuStar#E.3DMC.C2.B3, User talk:89.214.232.135, User talk:88.203.66.194) Maybe I could have reacted a little bit different, but although I spend a lot of time on Wikipedia, I'm still kind of an amateur.
- Hello! Anybody?
Decline reason:

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Please review your block request and see whether you can comment more specifically on whether you will continue to edit war on this article. A genuine commitment not to edit the article for the remaining period of the block might also be useful. I'm not formally declining this unblock as I'm kind of unpersuaded rather then opposed to an unblock at this stage and want to see what else you have to say on the subject. Spartaz Humbug! 22:41, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
- You ask me if I'm going to continue to edit war on this article. Can you tell me what other options I have? I'm willing to listen to suggestions!Reidlos (talk) 23:30, 11 January 2009 (UTC)
- The best thing to do is go through the Dispute resolution (read it) and try to get other uninvolved people to support your side. You can use this block as an opportunity to read up on the Dispute resolution process so you can use it to your advantage when your block expires. After all it's only a 24 hour block. Watch out though, because if you continue to edit war, you will be blocked for disruption. --wL<speak·check> 10:45, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
