Your edits to Barack Obama

[edit]

The citation at the end of that sentence very clearly refers to Mr. Obama as an "African-American". In addition, #2 of the "FAQ" on the article's talk page lays out what the consensus is regarding this issue. If you disagree with this, please start a thread on Talk:Barack Obama and reach consensus for your changes. J.delanoygabsadds 06:12, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you persist, and do not engage in discussion on the talk page, your edits may start being treated as vandalism. As is, you are most certainly engaged in an edit war and need to cease your disruptive edits immediately. --GoodDamon 06:27, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 3 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for violating the three-revert rule. Please be more careful to discuss controversial changes or seek dispute resolution rather than engaging in an edit war. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 06:33, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

.      Note: A log of this block has been made on Talk:Barack_Obama/Article_probation#Log_of_sanctions. J.delanoygabsadds 06:39, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reblocked indefinitely as a blatant SPA POV-pushing account who's only purpose was to get autoconfirmed and edit war on a semi-protected article under article probation. --barneca (talk) 16:38, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Barack Obama has been nominated for a featured article review. Articles are typically reviewed for two weeks. Please leave your comments and help us to return the article to featured quality. If concerns are not addressed during the review period, articles are moved onto the Featured Article Removal Candidates list for a further period, where editors may declare "Keep" or "Remove" the article from featured status. The instructions for the review process are here. Reviewers' concerns are here.

I have nominated Barack Obama for Featured Article Review. You are welcome to participate in the discussion. Curious bystander (talk) 23:42, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
