[edit]Hello, I'm Dam222. I noticed that you recently removed content from Justin Jaynes without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. My bad. I added an edit summary this time. Rcpilot9 (talk) 07:22, 6 March 2021 (UTC)
Welcome!
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent contributions, such as your edit to the page Rafael dos Anjos, have removed content without a good reason to do so. Content on Wikipedia should not be removed just because you disagree with it or because you think it's wrong, unless the claim is not verifiable. Instead, you should consider expanding the article with noteworthy and verifiable information of your own, citing reliable sources when you do so. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so in the sandbox rather than in articles. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Hi Rcpilot0, Good day. Pls note that your edits have been reverted. Not all the events name which Cerrone headliner used his nick name, (same with Korean Zombie), some of the event name used his last name. Pls check first and do not change the info again. Thank you. Cassiopeia talk 00:16, 30 August 2021 (UTC)
Every event I edited has Cowboy in the article title. I am simply making things consistent. Rcpilot9 (talk) 01:44, 30 August 2021 (UTC)

?????? How was it not constructive? Rcpilot9 (talk) 04:30, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
- I apologize for that. Sorry. NW1223(Howl at me|My hunts) 04:32, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
The only thing I did was change Hector Lombard to Héctor Lombard because that’s how you spell his name. Rcpilot9 (talk) 04:32, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
It’s alright bro, no problem. Rcpilot9 (talk) 04:34, 14 September 2021 (UTC)

[edit]UFC rankings
[edit]Hi, pls note that the UFC rankings page is not notable even the are many sources for almost all the sources besides maybe (and UFC source is considered primary source and can not be used for passing the notability guideline, is about rankings and the rest are about the upcoming fights and have nothing to do with the rankings. The page could be nominated for article for deleted (AfD) for it fails the Wikipedia notability guidelines. There is a rankings section in UFC page (p4P) and List of current UFC fighters (all weight classes rankings) which both pages are notable and the UFC rankings page should be AfD or redirected to UFC. I updated the UFC fighter ranking every week for the last 5 years. If you see so all ranked UFC fighter pages are not link to UFC rankings, there should be a reasons because the page is not notable and would not find enough sources to make the page notable (I have tried to find the sources before). Thank you. Cassiopeia talk 23:54, 13 June 2022 (UTC)

Basharat brothers
[edit]Why change their country to Afghanistan, when they fight out of UK? Same way Khamzat is Swedish... Nswix (talk) 04:58, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- The Basharat brothers choose to represent Afghanistan. Someone fighting out of a certain country does not necessarily mean they represent it. Rcpilot9 (talk) 05:02, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- source? Because they actually walkout with the globe that represents no country. Nswix (talk) 05:04, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- Javid’s instagram profile https://instagram.com/javidldn?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= and Farid’s profile https://instagram.com/faridbofficial?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= both state that they represent Afghanistan. Rcpilot9 (talk) 05:10, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- A: having a flag in your bio means nothing and B: we don't use Instagram as our primary source, we use Sherdog.
- Both of which list them as London based.
- 1 2 Nswix (talk) 05:15, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- The location fighters fight out of is not what is used to determine the flag that is displayed for them. Several fighters are represented on several Wikipedia articles by flags that do not correspond to the flags on their Sherdog profiles. Rcpilot9 (talk) 05:23, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- So theres no source for any of this? Its all just a mix of whatever UFC stats/social media/wikipedians say? That feels very unlike any wiki policy I've ever heard of. Nswix (talk) 05:26, 18 March 2023 (UTC)

Korean names
[edit]Hello. I've noticed you reverted several edits with the correct writing of Korean names in mma articles. I'd like to ask you to stop doing that. They should be written in the correct form (e.g. Jung Chan-sung instead of Chan Sung Jung). Gsfelipe94 (talk) 01:00, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
- @Gsfelipe94 I’ve only changed the names to match the name of the article. I’ve edited the names of fighters like Da Un Jung, Jun Yong Park, and Seung Woo Choi to their anglicized versions because that is how the name of their article is written. Likewise, I’ve also edited names of Korean fighters the other way around such as with Choi Doo-ho and Kang Kyung-ho in order to match their article name, which is not anglicized. If the articles that are titled with the anglicized version (i.e. Da Un Jung, Jun Yong Park, and Seung Woo Choi) are incorrect, then they should be moved to the correct version of their name. If this is done, I would gladly edit their names on other articles to match the name of their page. I would move the pages myself, however I am unsure if I can do it on my own or if I have to open a discussion first. I have nothing against Korean names being written one way or another. I was simply matching the names to their corresponding article titles. Rcpilot9 (talk) 04:05, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
- Moving all pages might require that kind of work, which is not necessary for keeping the names in their Korean version. Even if the article has an anglicized version as their title, there's no need to revert those edits. We should keep all of them the same as per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (Korean)#Name order. Disambiguation link notification for March 21
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Alexander Hernandez, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Omar Morales. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

List of UFC Champions
[edit]Hi. I have noticed you reverted my edits on List of UFC Champions. Please note that both ESPN and UFC themselves display Belal Muhammad's flag as Palestine. Please stop reverting this edit or provide reasoning for doing so. ProdigyUpdates (talk) 18:11, 30 July 2024 (UTC)
