Mirrors
[edit] Thanks for contributing to the article Bratslav Viceroyalty. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Spitzmauer moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Spitzmauer, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Essentially Wikipedia is not a travel guide, also the guides to how to climb the mountain is virtually copied from the source information. Dan arndt (talk) 09:39, 17 August 2021 (UTC)
- The standards required under the English Wikipedia are a lot higher than those in the Czech Wikipedia - so copying and translating an article from another language Wikipedia does not mean that it automatically meets the criteria for notability under the English Wikipedia. Disambiguation link notification for June 24
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Dominion of New Zealand, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Evangelical Church. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Sinéad O'Connor date of death
[edit]I saw you redid your edit to list 26 July as Sinéad O'Connor's date of death. I added a comment but at this time sources are broadly not reporting a specific date of death; the BBC source used as a citation in the infobox ([1]), for instance, says her death was announced on Wednesday evening
(emphasis added) but does not list an explicit death date. You might be interested in the discussion going on at the talk page. Dylnuge (Talk • Edits) 22:53, 26 July 2023 (UTC)

August 2023
[edit]Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Australian music industry. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 01:42, 24 August 2023 (UTC)
Crime Stoppers Australia moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Crime Stoppers Australia.
