Celebrants - Australia

Dear Quenhitran 1. I gather you have deleted the photo which I just put up - it came with the full caption from Wikimedia commons. I did intend to just keep those parts of the caption which were relevant to the article which I can do. Is this what you are getting at. 2. Also there is a warning at the beginning of the article which was there when it was only a few lines long - and dated in 2007. I think it would improve the encyclopaedia if this clearly outdated warning was removed. How can this be done? Gladiator-Citizen (talk) 06:40, 25 June 2014 (UTC)

Dear Quenhitran This was a lesson for me. Don't Save until you have done all your editing. !! I have revised and edited the caption - and I agree "loose words" ! I hope it is OK now. May I raise again the "warning" at the beginning of the article which was placed there when it was only a few lines long - and dated in 2007! I think it would improve the encyclopaedia if this clearly outdated warning was removed. How can this be done? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gladiator-Citizen (talkcontribs) 21:31, 25 June 2014 (UTC) Thanks Quenhatrin My fault - all fixed - I hope You don't mind if I consult you from time to time. About protection policies

Just now I had about 10 minutes on Frozen pages, and the revision history of the two princesses' articles are quite horrifying --- like seeing an empty nationality for >5 hours or being 'spiderman' for ~3 hours (sorry for not citing links). I'm kind of curious if this is normal in wikipedia as I'm rather new. Could you explain a bit how Wikipedians usually define excessive vandalism? I often see the term in protection policies. Thank you! No need to hurry, I won't have much time here. Forbidden User (talk) 10:52, 21 June 2014 (UTC)

User pushing a fake consensus on Talk:Let It Go (Disney song)

You know, that guy called chasewc91 always claims you agree with him. I think you may state the stance you took in the discussion (before quitting). Thank you!Forbidden User (talk) 10:29, 28 June 2014 (UTC)

@Forbidden User: That's strange. But don't worry, I'm still watching the discussion and I'll chime in if necessary. ALittleQuenhi (talk to me) 11:04, 28 June 2014 (UTC)

Your GA nomination of Evil Queen (Disney)

Hi there, I'm pleased to inform you that I've begun reviewing the article Evil Queen (Disney) you nominated for GA-status according to the criteria. This process may take up to 7 days. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments you might have during this period. Message delivered by Legobot, on behalf of Zanimum -- Zanimum (talk) 21:41, 28 June 2014 (UTC)

FC Groningen

Hi Quenhitran

About: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/FC_Groningen

1) The FC Groningen ranking graph is outdated (latest is 2011). I uploaded a new graph (lended from the dutch wikipedia) with the latest FC Groningen season results: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Fcgroningen_standings_72-14.png. This file can be used, right?

2) The bottom chapter "Domestic Results", i think, is unnecessary (redundant) because of the ranking graph picture at the top of the page, right?

About the soundtrack cover of Tangled

Should I find the back cover instead? I'm thinking if the photo will pass the non-free fair use review, as it is needed for identifying the soundtrack, but past reviews have mixed decision. Basically I have to prove that it has other uses as well, so perhaps the back cover will make its stay better.Forbidden User (talk) 07:50, 29 June 2014 (UTC)

I have found the back cover, with all the song names, producers, etc. I'm wondering if it's acceptable under fair use though. (I'll update it as the new version if you think so)Forbidden User (talk) 08:00, 29 June 2014 (UTC)

Fictional characters are not real people

For Anna (Disney) and Elsa (Disney) - WP:TENSE says write about fiction in present tense and action comes alive when viewing the film. You are marking a character's parents as deceased in a film when they plainly are not for a large part of the first part of the of the film. A character changes occupation during the film and is not "formerly" before that point when watching the film and not "currently" something else during that portion of the film. I saw nothing at the link you gave Wikipedia:WikiProject Fictional characters that supported your reverts of my corrections to the article. Using time concepts of "formerly", "currently" implies that a character exists outside the creative work, which of course they don't. Geraldo Perez (talk) 06:06, 3 July 2014 (UTC)

Franklin

Hi there

Thanks for your message about your change to my Benjamin Franklin edit. I thought it was important that the article was more explicit about the fact that Franklin invented the armonica, which is widely acknowledged in all the academic texts I've read about the issue. Perhaps you could find another way of putting this in the opening section as it seems like an important fact many users coming to the page for the first time would want to know - rather than having to scroll down to the section on Franklin. Thanks.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Once Upon a Time (TV series), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ariel. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

He was a perfect spiritual master and was a Guru at Radha Swami Dera Tarantaran. Huzoor Sawan Singh ji from Beas was present at the time of the ceremony of Baba Deva Singh ji to become the Guru. Gurbachan lal ji was one of his dearest disciples. He was in Police dept.at that time. After his retirement he started initiating people and constructed his Dera in Dhianpur.Because his master had told him to do that. compressrd air vehicles

7 .11.14 Could a low energy microwave be possible to de humidify the air and keep freezing at bay? If not the air at least a moisture sink.

seems to me at least for 1 person commute vehicle. Solar power could easily dehumidify air. That will eventually get compressed. Especially if adapted to the parking space. So when the vehicle is away much of the air needed can be primed and stored

if the storage container is made of microwave nutral material so the microwave simply pass through the outside of the tank directly at the cooling problem. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1015:B02C:38FB:F809:B73C:C0B6:7F24 (talk) 00:44, 12 July 2014 (UTC)

Wondering if their was any truth to this

I read President Ford's security were told they had to register their weapons with the state otherwise the would be subject to arrest. Ford was left on Air Force one while the secret service registered their weapons. The later amended the law to exclude federal agents.
