Thanks, and a recommendation

[edit]

Hi, happy holidays, and thank you for all the good and interesting edits you've done in the past few months. Nice work. Just as Dana chased me down the street in 1995 to tell me all about melatonin (which I've used almost daily, with breaks, ever since), I'd like to give a recommendation for a singer/entertainer/surrealisticartproject/secularreligiousfigure if you and yours haven't found her yet. Poppy is one of those people (and groups of people) who might be bridging a popularity overlay between the millennials and conscious activist baby boomers in very interesting ways. Quite the "thing", and takes a little viewing and digging into what exactly they're doing to see a part of the whole picture. Anyway, a holiday "gift" for you, and thanks for remembering the heritage and legacy of many good people via your Wikipedia presence. Randy Kryn (talk) 23:30, 17 December 2017 (UTC) Thank you and happy holidays to you too! <3 I will make sure to check her out.[reply]

and PS: I hope you caught the old interview of Dana I found from High Times, which is eerily prescient about the drug war. (I footnoted it next to his name on the Yippie page) Virtually all of his predictions (private prisons! the NSA!) came true.

Hooray for you!

Hey PumpkinButter, thanks for all the great work you've done on Cleveland bands. I was in a very active but obscure band called The Backdoor Men that grew up with and hung out with Laughner and the DBs, Eels, Rocket, etc. We booked them at equally obscure clubs like Fitzpatricks in the Flats and other joints. I worked on the DBs page as well. You're the best!DanDavidCook (talk) 21:18, 21 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
