Image copyright problem with File:Dansealsfrontline.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Dansealsfrontline.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Orphaned non-free image (Image:G45414hsjj2.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:G45414hsjj2.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. JaGatalk 02:18, 2 February 2009 (UTC)

Just lietting you know I redirected this album. The two sources you provided — a personal site on Angelfire and a Last.fm listing — are not reliable sources. There are absolutely no reliable sources that I can find for this album; no third-party reviews, not even a mention on Alan's official website. Image copyright problem with File:Alan Jackson - Chattahoochee.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Alan Jackson - Chattahoochee.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Additionally, if you continue uploading bad images, you may be blocked from uploading. STBotI (talk) 06:18, 1 April 2009 (UTC)

Problems with upload of File:Doug Stone - Addicted to a Dollar.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Doug Stone - Addicted to a Dollar.jpg. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or provided a license tag. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.
To add this information, select the appropriate license tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the information to the image's description. If you can't find a suitable license tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. If you need help, post your question on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 02:05, 6 May 2009 (UTC)

Down and Out (George Strait song)
[edit]Someone else would've redirected it themselves because they wouldn't think that it was notable. The older a low charting song is, the less notable it is. I have learned through my experience that songs like "Down and Out" would be redirected. My articles on songs like "South of Santa Fe", "A Feelin' Like That", and "Smoke Rings in the Dark" (the latter two peaking higher than "Down and Out" in the U.S., but still lower than #10) were redirected because the users who redirected it said that they weren't notable. Like you, i sometimes disagree with nanny users myself, and since i do, i'll tell you that you can simply undo the redirect if you want. If you haven't already or if you don't know how, i'll gladly help you undo the redirect if you want me to, or if you do know how you can undo it yourself. I believe that TenPoundHammer told you before that you can simply undo the redirect on "Getcha Some". Since you named your article "Down and Out (George Strait song)" instead of "Down and Out (song)" (as there is only one song called that), i figured that you still had a problem undoing redirects. I made an article called "Down and Out (song)" as a redirect because i figured that it wasn't notable. Anyway, you can simply undo the redirect if you want to. If you don't know how, then ask me, unless you have already. Here's some advice, try to be careful on songs that peaked lower thsn #10, because they might wind up redirected due to non-notability by other users. Have a nice day. Ryanbstevens (talk) 16:50, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
- I see you learned how to undo redirects, but i'm going to rename it "Down and Out (song)" because like i said, there was only one song called that. Here's some more advice: Add more to the article such as content so there'll be a reason to leave it. They'll leave it alone if it's expanded. Some one redirected my article on Blake Shelton's "Ol' Red" a #14 hit, because it was short, then i undid the redirect on it, and expanded it, and thus they left it alone.
