I'm glad to ask you why my edit in Tomboy ((G)I-dle song) has been reverted [1]. I notice that in "Tomboy (disambiguation)" includes different music work, so I put it on that page "Tomboy ((G)I-dle song)". Sinsyuan (talk) 03:32, 17 May 2022 (UTC)
- @Sinsyuan As per the edit summary which you linked above, I already indicated that it's unnecessary given that "Tomboy" released by (G)I-dle is already precisely disambiguated with ((G)I-dle song) hence there is no need to include the disambiguation template in the article. Only include the disambiguation template if the article is for example named as BTS which may means many things such as behind the scene hence including the disambiguation template in that article is correct, in short, normally common name/topic will have the template included. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 08:41, 17 May 2022 (UTC)

Vandalism of Stray Kids fans on 'Harry Potter fandom' wiki page.
Hello, I am not sure if how I am gonna report someone, but can you report those Stray Kids fans vandalizing the 'Harry Potter fandom', they're keep reverting it back when I edit it back.
Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Apoptosis-Live (talk • contribs) 04:19, 23 May 2022 (UTC)
Please lock the page for a while Apoptosis-Live (talk) 04:24, 23 May 2022 (UTC)
- @Apoptosis-Live I can see from the article's revision history that certain users are adding "unsourced content" however are they sufficiently warned otherwise, you can't report them to administrators via WP:AIV. Unfortunately as I'm not adminstrator hence I wouldn't be able to protect the article, you can request for such at WP:RPP. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 04:47, 23 May 2022 (UTC)

Blocked but unblocked
{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. JBW (talk) 07:33, 24 May 2022 (UTC)
- I have removed the block, having now seen the nature of the account against which you were edit-warring. However, that doesn't mean that I think that your edit-warring was perfectly acceptable, just that under the circumstances I can see why you did it, and am prepared to make allowances. In future please try to avoid edit-warring. JBW (talk) 08:23, 24 May 2022 (UTC)
- @JBW My apologies and thanks you. So busy with work that I didn't even realise I was blocked temporarily. What should the action be when dealing with such user (touch wood, hopefully never again) kept removing reliable source such as the one found on Fearless (Le Sserafim EP) while insisting that the remaining content doesn't needed to be referenced which is nonsense as that isn't what WP:VERIFY stated as. I'm aware of WP:3RR but didn't intentionally violated it as I treated removing reliable source(s) as form of vandalism which I believe was incorrect judgement hence the temporarily blocked. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 12:36, 24 May 2022 (UTC)
- I now believe it was vandalism, and so you were justified in reverting. However, it wasn't obvious that it was vandalism until I had done quite a lot of searching through history. At first it looked like a newish editor who didn't know what they were doing. I don't think there's any easy answer to what you should have done. You did seek admin help by posting at AIV which was certainly the right thing to do. The problem was that when I saw your message at AIV and then looked at the account's editing history, I saw only a small part of the whole picture, missing several important parts. A bit more explanation might have helped, though I know that editors are told to give only very brief reports at AIV, and to take anything more detailed to ANI. The trouble with that, though, is that, as you no doubt know, reports at ANI often take a ridiculous amount of time to be dealt with. The best advice I can offer is to bear in mind that in any report to admins, on any page, the admin is likely to start off knowing nothing except what you tell them, and if the full nature of the problem may not be obvious at a quick look, then it will probably be best to give more than the bare minimum information. For example, if I had known from the start about the copying of your user page then that would have encouraged me to look at things from a different perspective.
- As far as this particular editor is concerned, I guess it's quite likely they will be back with another sockpuppet, and if so you may well be one of the first to know, since they appear to have targeted you this time. If that happens, please feel very welcome to contact me, since I now know about it, so I will not be starting out in the dark again.
- I am sorry to have spoiled your perfect block record, especially since in the past I have always found you to be a good editor, and have found your reports on vandalism to usually be very reliable. JBW (talk) 16:27, 24 May 2022 (UTC)
- @JBW Understood, thanks you for the knowledge transfer. Will take note in the future when filing AIV reports by trying to summarize out the key points as much as possible without overly cluttering up the report. Will inform you if I happened to see them with another sockpuppet. No worries on the block record, once again thanks you. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 16:34, 24 May 2022 (UTC)

Thank you for correcting me about the sources at Blind (South Korean TV series). I came across a similar article; Curtain Call (South Korean TV series) which I checked the sources and indeed found it had different publishers. I marked it as reviewed. I then realized I was confused or was just stupid to not check the sources thoroughly. Hours later, I looked back at my contributions and indeed I forgot to remove the one source tag. Apologies for that. KRtau16 (talk) 15:24, 30 May 2022 (UTC)

about Draft:Return of the Girl and Return of the Girl
Hi, I'm Hatto. I noticed that you had created an article on Return of the Girl even though Draft:Return of the Girl was created first.
Draft:Return of the Girl was created by a user named Lililolol on May 26th, the same day you joined the edit. (For example, https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Draft:Return_of_the_Girl&diff=1089936914&oldid=1089904619)
Why did you create the article Return of the Girl even though Draft:Return of the Girl exists?
I think you should have edited Draft:Return of the Girl. --Hatto (talk) 11:58, 3 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Hatto Well I forgotten about it. I did see that I dratify that article because it's not ready for mainspace for obvious reasons such as poorly written with truck loads of MOS issues and also poorly sourced. Either way, the article/draft creator has history of problematic editing such as introducing MOS issues and/or introducing bare urls as citations and/or introducing factual errors and/or introducing unsourced content because the proof exists somewhere else, and insisting no source is required which is bullshit per WP:VERIFY. Even if I were to remember it exists, I'm not interested in improving it either, based on the article/draft creator's problematic editing history. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 12:12, 3 June 2022 (UTC)
- Oh, I see. But do we need to merge the draft article history into Return of the Girl mainspace? --Hatto (talk) 12:21, 3 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Hatto Not needed, there isn't anything substantial from that draft to be merged either. Also note that, Return of the Girl in the proper stylization per English Wikipedia article title naming standards was created as redirect by me on November 15, 2021. While that article/draft which was wrongly named without due care and created last week per history with the same bunch of issues mentioned above. And looking through the history of that draft, I can see why I made that 1 edit (excluding the dratify) which I now regret why I even did that (the information should remain wrong lol), I initially wanted to improve it if I recalled correctly but looking at that state and the article/draft author problematic editing history, I decided against it. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 12:34, 3 June 2022 (UTC)

Re: My Liberation Notes
Hi, Paper9oll. I'd like to hear your thoughts regarding your recent "Edit summary" left on My Liberation Notes. You have rolled back other user's contributions two times based on your false reference. [12] [13] and I added a reliable source, and it clearly shows the fact. But, you immediately reverted my contribution and blamed me as a sock puppetry without any reasonable grounds. Is there any reason about this false accusation? Anyway I'm glad you finally admitted the fact and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a blessed day! Amdrock (talk) 13:05, 5 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Amdrock My apologies then if you're not Preshygold2022, as you reverted my edit out of the blue after a differences of 2 days, 16 hours, 5 minutes, when the history shows that you didn't made a single edit to that article hence not such how and/or why you even know that I reverted previously, or even decided to dig into the article's history out of the blue, which was why I came to that conclusion. Next time, don't do that be it me or any other editor, as you would have misunderstanding such as this. If you want to correct information, just simply edit the article instead of reverting it, of course complying with WP:VERIFY. And also, I DID NOT admitted the fact nor denied it, I was simply following/verifying what was stated in the cited article in prose which wasn't added by me in case you think I'm "protecting" (quotation mark reads as Air quotes) the content, what I did instead was improved it so nothing to
admitted [nor denied] the fact
in case you feel happy about it (on me correcting the date) lol... — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 13:25, 5 June 2022 (UTC)

Juniel's discography
Hi, I noticed that there's no list of the OST Juniel did for drama in her discography, are Costs included in artist's discography too? If yes, would you mind adding it? Sulley721 (talk) 11:31, 8 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Sulley721 Yes, there is currently no Soundtrack appearances section (which is what OST are normally categorize/refer to here) nor table listing for such. From my assumption, the article doesn't has many editors maintaining it as it's quite badly maintain from a quick scroll through, and I assumed that none of her OST singles has charted on Gaon Digital Chart or K-pop Hot 100 in South Korea, or on other WP:GOODCHARTS in other countries hence the lack of inclusion. However, if they did charted on Gaon Digital Chart and/or K-pop Hot 100 and/or any of the WP:GOODCHARTS then feel free to improve the article per WP:BOLD, of course complying with WP:VERIFY otherwise you risk getting your edit reverted since providing citations is every editors responsibility per WP:BURDEN. Not sure what you meant by costs, you talking about money??? If you're indeed talking money, then no, we don't list such information here, even in well maintained discography's articles. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 13:35, 8 June 2022 (UTC)
Sorry it was a typo, I meant to say are OSTs included in discography too. But anyway, thank you for the information will be noted, I'll read the articles first before attempting to create the section. Thank you so much for answering! Sulley721 (talk) 14:48, 8 June 2022 (UTC)

Lee Yoo-mi
Hi @Paper9oll: I'm in the process of taking you to the edit warring noticeboard, but I see you have stopped. These x of y and power 40 and so on from Forbes are not reliable and that is consensus. They are clickbait sites to drive advertising for Forbes and that is the best you can say about them. Please do not use them. When I reviews at NPP/AFC, I spend half my time removing this junk, and you want to debate it. If you insist on putting them back in, then I'll take you to the edit warring noticeboard. Leave it out. scope_creepTalk 14:20, 8 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Scope creep Edit warring (same for you), you are simply not explaining yourself (unlike me) other then stating generic "non-rs" without backing yourself up with literally anything like discussions or pages (which again unlike me) stating such listing are to be avoided and/or to avoid using *.joins.com (yes I'm aware of WP:FORBESCON but this isn't Forbes Contributors, it's *.joins.com which is part of Korea JoongAng Daily which is again is considered reliable source per WP:KO/RS#R and also for usage on articles within WP:KO community scope), which again in your reply above, is also lack of linked discussions or pages stating such and consensus has discussions hence where is the linked discussion, hence how on earth am I supposed to know (I'm not mind reader btw) this is truth instead of you speaking whatever you like/think or editing/reviewing to your own preferences. While I appreciate your hardwork in reviewing the lengthy backlog at NPP/AFC, I don't think your behavior is right for Lee Yoo-mi in particular with your edit warring (yes you're as you reverting to your preferred revision) without sufficient communication other than generic "non-rs". And being NPP/AFC, doesn't give you the rights to do such, that's simply abuse of power, which isn't right to do so, my apologies in advance for my rough words if you're not abusing your power as you're simply not communicating sufficiently as stated in earlier sentences and as stated in earlier sentences, I'm not mind reader hence I don't know what you're thinking or something you known of. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 14:55, 8 June 2022 (UTC)
- I don't edit to my own preferences and I would suggest you don't say that again. I edit to standard, consensus only. If they're was any problem my work, I would be stopped overnight from continuing on NPP or AFC, or even editing. It gives me the right to improve the article to the hightest quality I can, as it does everybody else. I only get flak from about 1-50 editors and its always the same kind of editors, who thinks they are in the right, even though I work on hundreds of articles, every month and created more than 700 on my own and have worked up at the coin and spam noticeboard for more than a decade and been an AFC/NPP for more than 10 years. Your right when you state Korea JoongAng Daily is likely RS, but that article is an affiliate articles that is clearly marked Forbes and it states Forbes 2022 Korea Power Celebrity 40 It is clickbait and nothing else. The WP:RS mechanism isn't an automatic right to state that every page or article from a particular news site is RS. That is false. Every newspaper up down the land, take the advertising dollar like everybody else, so it works on a page per page basis and is dependent on the quality of the specific article. It puzzles me why you going in so heavy on such an obvious piece of clickbait and calling it "Listicles"? Are you looking for some promo on your articles? What does that even mean? Even if it was RS, it would be passing mention at best, particular since the rest of the article is so well written. I plan to go through your articles over the next several months and review them. scope_creepTalk 15:27, 8 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Scope creep So now, we are on the same page which you should have done it in the first place instead of like a broken radio stating generic "non-rs" which doesn't explain a single thing, not sure if you done the same to that 1–50 editors hence why they don't go well with you, if so, that needed to be change, having 100,000+ edit counts and being here for 10 years+ is no big deal when you can't communicate well and expects other editors to know what you're even referring to such as generic "non-rs". I interpret that your concerns is with Forbes (to be more precise, it's Forbes Korea which I guess you don't care, nevermind not important) appearing on *.joins.com hence making the listing essentially a form of advertisement, reposting, clickbait, etc. Noted on that, at least I know the exact reason now, you could have done it with just a single edit summary to let your poor fellow Wikipedian understand it but taken 3 edit summary and 2 replies to state the exact detailed concerns instead. No worries, I won't be adding them back to Lee Yoo-mi (since it wasn't added by me in the first place, I only correct the formatting and references formatting, don't believe me, go check the article's history). I won't stop using *.joins.com (Korea JoongAng Daily since it's reliable sources per WP:KO/RS#R which are also used by regulars active editors within the WP:KO community, if they stop using it, I stop using it, pretty simple). Lastly, I didn't say I will stop contributing to Lee Yoo-mi since I created that article, however I won't be adding back that Forbes Korea listing or future Forbes Korea listing if that is your concerns since I'm not dumb enough to violate 3RR.
I plan to go through your articles over the next several months and review them
, because such a petty matters 🤦♂️, what a nice revenge huh, my advice to you is let it go and enjoy your NPP/AFC workload or whatever you find enjoyment in, as I have always said to any other editors, I done nothing wrong hence I fear nothing. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 15:52, 8 June 2022 (UTC)- If you didn't add it in, then its likely a spammer, seems to be the pattern I've seen a hundred times. They come along and drop a wee block when nobody is noticing. I've been there at the end of an edit war. I don't recommend it. I didn't want to take you to the noticeboard as the article was so beautifully written, but was advised that when in this situation, to pass it to admin, and they would deal with it, without getting involved. Great article. scope_creepTalk 16:03, 8 June 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry if I caused you some hassle. scope_creepTalk 16:05, 8 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Scope creep No worries, glad to solve the issue. The editor that added it, isn't actually a spammer, he/she regularly updates Korean BLP articles particularly on the Filmography section. I also won't be adding Forbes Korea listing to other BLP/non-BLP articles moving forward, if that's also your concerns. However, in the long term to curb such inclusion of Forbes Korea listing, I think opening discussion at WT:KO would likely help to get local consensus since the consensus normally works and the regulars active editors on WP:KO have pretty quick hands in removing them from various Korean articles which is something I seen with Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Korea/Archive 22#Network column in filmography section which in span of est. 2 months, the Network column were removed from tons of Korean BLP articles which I also took part in helping out, it would also lessen your workload with the time able to spend improving on other areas. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 16:15, 8 June 2022 (UTC)

- The Wikipedia App for Android now has an option for editing the whole page at once, located in the overflow menu (three-dots menu ). [21]
- Some recent database changes may affect queries using the Quarry tool. Queries for
site_stats
at English Wikipedia, Commons, and Wikidata will need to be updated. Read more. - A new
user_global_editcount
variable can be used in abuse filters to avoid affecting globally active users. [22]
Changes later this week
- The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 21 June. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 22 June. It will be on all wikis from 23 June (calendar).
- Users of non-responsive skins (e.g. MonoBook or Vector) on mobile devices may notice a slight change in the default zoom level. This is intended to optimize zooming and ensure all interface elements are present on the page (for example the table of contents on Vector 2022). In the unlikely event this causes any problems with how you use the site, we'd love to understand better, please ping Jon (WMF) to any on-wiki conversations. [23]
Future changes
- The Beta Feature for DiscussionTools will be updated throughout July. Discussions will look different. You can see some of the proposed changes.
- Parsoid's HTML output will soon stop annotating file links with different

Kep1er's "Up!"
Paper9oll, I have just reverted one of your draftifications. This prompted me to look closer at the page histories of Up! (Kep1er song) and Up! (kep1er song):
- On 7 June, you created a redirect, Up! (Kep1er song).
- On 20 June, an IP overwrote the redirect, creating an article.
- You reverted them on 21 June without explanation.
- On 22 June at 02:54, Moonlight Entm created an article, overwriting the redirect again.
- You reverted them at 03:13 the same day, writing
"too soon"
. - Moonlight tried again at 04:15, creating an article at Up! (kep1er song).
- You moved that to draft at 12:52, saying that it was
"[n]ot ready for mainspace"
. - Finally, at 14:06, you created an article at Up! (Kep1er song).
Looking through this timeline, I am concerned that you are displaying ownership in this particular area of the encyclopaedia and are focusing on winning disputes, at the expense of collaboration. These actions are inappropriate and the behaviour is alarming, especially in light of the fact that you are autopatrolled, which was granted by Joe Roe. There is a de facto advantage that autoreviewer
confers in comparison to other article creators, and I am troubled that you may be pushing out other editors' legitimate articles so that yours can be the "correct" one. I hope you can provide an explanation. Sdrqaz (talk) 00:40, 23 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Sdrqaz Firstly, the IP is someone (I don't know who it's actually) that I have come across previously in various albums/EPs/songs Kpop-related articles regardless of redirect created by me or not, of course they isn't using the same IP this time around as they kept changing IP (I believe they isn't purposely doing that ... dynamic IP I guess), they simply copy-paste what is already published say from albums/EPs (e.g. Doublast) to the new songs (e.g. Up! (Kep1er song)) which is pretty obvious with 1094120282 when compared to 1093998683 of Doublast with only differences being lack of track listing and different Infobox which is why I revert they. Moving on to second, Moonlight version is supported by unreliable sources, incorrect styling, copyright violation such as with the quotes on the composition and music video section without even paraphrasing, reception section supported by unreliable sources, commercial performance talking about WP:SINGLEVENDOR which is iTunes, incorrect release history, lack of Reflist, missing navbox, and missing categories. Same thing with "Up! (kep1er song)" which is exactly 1094349374 mentioned in preceding sentence with only differences is the inclusion of period/fullstop pasted into article with incorrect disambiguation, on that grounds, I deemed it not ready for mainspace (fyi, the edit summary wasn't typed out by me, it was the default by the dratify tool). I'm not applying ownership nor focusing on winning disputes (how this one dispute to being with, make me puzzled), what I'm instead looking for is quality, I'm fully okay with other editors removing redirects as long as it's written sensibly, supported by reliable sources, has correct styling compliances with MOS, has correct placement of period/fullstop, commas, etc, and doesn't contains non-paraphrased copyrighted texts in quotes, in short not what that IP always does, and clearly not Moonlight version with full of issues. Take recent one such as Illusion (Aespa song), article created by me as redirect, started by MotherofSnakes which I improved on because Mother's version isn't unlike Moonlight version with full of issues, did I revert it (ignore the misclick, I restored it immediately)? Or older ones such as Next Level (Aespa song), created by me as redirect, started by MotherofSnakes, did I also reverted it? So where does the ownership issues (which is personally very hurting) even comes from?
- What I'm instead more concern of is Moonlight's edit wars that isn't about reverting vandalism in various articles (not concerning to article creation) which I believed (didn't bothered reading by one by one on every single lengthy thread since it's too messy without proper indentation, made me see stars) by scanning through their lengthy talk page, has been warned before by various editors including admin, before returning back again on the same article which they are told to stop at List of best-selling girl groups, and also posting threat or inappropriate texts in their edit summary not once but handful of times. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 02:14, 23 June 2022 (UTC)
Extraordinary Attorney Woo
The schedule for it's weekly broadcast cannot be found in Netflix. And as what I've seen in her recent Instagram post, she stated their that it will air every Wednesday and Thursday. 103.62.155.85 (talk) 03:34, 23 June 2022 (UTC)

- @Paper9oll For your first question, i wasn't aware that i created a new thread, im gonna ask again, what article? - @103.62.155.85 Maybe I gotten you confused, article is Extraordinary Attorney Woo while source is this, and as mentioned earlier and for the third time, unless you can WP:PROVEIT that it's airing on Thursday as well, which there isn't a single reliable source on either Naver News nor Daum News reporting on such, "every Wednesday"[25] with common sense applied as it isn't going to aired the entire 16 episodes all at one shot (you only find airing entire series all at one shot on Netflix Originals however Netflix is simply a distributor not the creator), is there to stay until there are newer reliable sources available to prove otherwise. Fyi, article on English Wikipedia refers to article within English Wikipedia, for those outside of English Wikipedia, we refer them as sources. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 03:58, 23 June 2022 (UTC)

Update Korean reliable sources
I'd appreciate it if you could update the WP:KO/RS list to include the following reliable Korean news outlets: TV Daily, Sports Today, Ilgan Sports, and JoyNews24. Btspurplegalaxy 🗩 🖉 06:19, 25 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Btspurplegalaxy Heard of TV Daily, Ilgan Sports, and JoyNews24. But only used the former 2, for JoyNews24, I believe someone (can't remember the username) that edits Korean-related articles told me to avoid it because it isn't reliable as compared to other news outlets. I have added TV Daily and Ilgan Sports to the list. But have never heard of Sports Today before. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 07:22, 25 June 2022 (UTC)

- I need your opinion on something. So as of now the BTS article is going through a FAC. I'm having trouble with whether I need to remove something. Somebody brought up BTS having their first free concert in the US but mentioned there needs to be a source to back it up stating "
Also, the img calling the concert their first still needs a citation to actually verify this
"" but even it was BTS' first free concert, the source doesn't mention it anywhere. So does it need to be placed back or keep there? Btspurplegalaxy 🗩 🖉 08:19, 26 June 2022 (UTC)- @Btspurplegalaxy In my opinion, this falls under WP:CALC since we are just counting, normally counting doesn't requires citation unless there is a dispute. However, I'm not sure if adding this source by Billboard to support it, is applicable. As per this diff, you have removed "first" from the image and also the heading, but I think the "first" in the heading is actually referring to The Red Bullet Tour mentioned in the second paragraph of that subsection, hence should be added back. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 09:14, 26 June 2022 (UTC)
- I added it back. For the image, there's nothing to verify it, it will stay removed. Btspurplegalaxy 🗩 🖉 09:29, 26 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Btspurplegalaxy No problem on the image side, however it think it should also be removed from "In July 2014, BTS hosted a concert in West Hollywood, their first show in the US" since it's related to the image, that one you can decide to leave it or removed it. As for whether to add it back later on, in my opinion, opening an discussion on the talkpage to address it is better, if there isn't one yet. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 09:36, 26 June 2022 (UTC)
- I'm thinking maybe just remove the sentence and add a source beside the image. Btspurplegalaxy 🗩 🖉 09:40, 26 June 2022 (UTC)
- @Btspurplegalaxy Maybe change to "In July 2014, BTS hosted a free concert in West Hollywood, and in August, they appeared at KCON in Los Angeles", adding "free" and removing "their first show in the US", hence would in turn not require the removal of the entire sentence and adding source beside the image. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 11:02, 26 June 2022 (UTC)

Hi, nice to meet you! I mentioned the similarity between XG and Le Sserafim, but I notice you have reverted it. I don't think you needed to revert the description because the similarity between "Fearless" and XG's song "Tippy Toes" was also mentioned by The Korea Times.
By the way, do you think you need to clean up Draft:XG (group)? Another user first created this draft article, but I don't think someone should rework it. --240F:7A:CDF0:1:3402:C285:5E65:6D49 (talk) 13:37, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
- Hi IP, firstly what you added is NOT written by The Korea Times' editor/writer/reporter instead is written by contributor stating his own personal opinions which is clearly stated as opinion in the URL, in the heading, and also the disclaimer at the end of the source. Secondly, everybody is allowed to clean up any draft of their preferences, WP:OWN applies to draftspace as well. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 13:50, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I am not very good at English. However, I feel that I should definitely move the XG draft article to mainspace. (They also appeared in M Countdown on June 30, 2022) These girls are artists that are getting a lot of attention from K-pop fans. If you don't mind, would you like to participate in editing (cleaning up, etc.) the XG draft article? --240F:7A:CDF0:1:3402:C285:5E65:6D49 (talk) 14:11, 30 June 2022 (UTC)
- @240F:7A:CDF0:1:3402:C285:5E65:6D49 No please do NOT move the draft to mainspace, in fact you can't as an IP even if you registered an account, don't attempt even it (read next sentence). Currently the subject fails to meet WP:NBAND requirements which is why it is in draftspace. Of course, the draft also requires clean up to meet Wikipedia standards, however even after cleaning up, the draft still fails WP:NBAND hence it won't be ready for mainspace. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 14:18, 30 June 2022 (UTC)

XG and Kep1er's Hikaru
Hello! I wrote about XG and Kep1er's Hikaru in Draft:XG (group) because this and this were mentioned about XG and Hikaru. Shouldn't I write about that one? --2001:268:9206:D0A6:1473:5C8F:3BC7:9A68 (talk) 15:25, 3 July 2022 (UTC)
- @2001:268:9206:D0A6:1473:5C8F:3BC7:9A68 Not sure if you're the same IP that contacted me previously here, but pertaining to your question, the answer is no. If you are the same IP, then "enough is enough", this isn't the first time you did such things to Draft:XG (group), adding unnecessary contents, including linking unnecessary to Fearless (Le Sserafim song) and/or Fearless (Le Sserafim EP) and/or Kep1er because whatever "similarities" when it isn't at all, completely misusing the See also section. You can do whatever you want at Japanese Wikipedia but whatever you did there isn't always applicable here on English Wikipedia, they have their own sets of guidelines/policies and we have our own sets of guidelines/policies, both are separate and not related to each other. Please note that Wikipedia is not a newspaper and you don't need to add every single details that are reported to article (including draft) here and introducing undue weight and coatrack the article. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 16:01, 3 July 2022 (UTC)

Question regarding user
Hello, I've noticed that a user with the IP address 220.121.35.13 keeps making changes to contributions I made for the most recent episodes of South Korean variety show "Radio Star". In the most recent episode (ep. 775) actor-singer Ji Hyun-woo appeared and performed a song with his band, SGO. This user changed it to someone who doesn't exist and even left the Ji inside the brackets and added "Ha-cheol (Subway)". I've noticed this user also did the same in the list of episodes for the show "Knowing Bros." who had the same actor as a guest in the latest episode. You already warned this user for the changes made in Radio Star... but just wanted to make you aware that he/she did it again in the other show as well. Thanks!189.207.60.166 (talk) 20:06, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- @189.207.60.166 Thanks for informing, I have reporting to administrators hence hopefully they take action to block the IP. I have also previously reverted their edits on 2021 KBS Drama Awards, Young Lady and Gentleman, Ji Hyun-woo, etc, looks like they started it again on other articles, thanks you for reverting those vandalism. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 03:49, 11 July 2022 (UTC)

Inquiry to insert track chart lising
Paper9oll, nice to meet you. I am Nelson. I would like to ask you something. I am expanding the page WSG Wannabe from a redirect to a wiki article. I am, however, not sure about making a chart track thing template even though I wanna include the track chart rankings of the WSG Wannabe songs. I hope that you may provide assistance on the inquiry I submitted to you. Thank you and a good night to you. NelsonLee20042020 (talk) 12:35, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
- @NelsonLee20042020 Hi, nice to meet you. Not sure what you meant by
chart track thing template
, I assume you meant the table like on Yoo Jae-suk#Discography. If you're referring to the table, any idea if which songs of the group has charted on Gaon/Circle Digital Chart, as currently the search function on the newly revamped website of Circle Chart is broken which was previously working when it's still called Gaon Chart, hence it's harder and more time consuming for me to search which song charted and which didn't, if you're able to pinpoint which songs then I can estimate the timeframe it charted otherwise I would have to go through one by one when I have time which could take around 2–3 days. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 12:48, 15 July 2022 (UTC)- Thank you Paper9oll. From what I remember, there were three debut songs Just As At That Time' (Geggg), 'I Missed You', and 'Clink Clink'. Sorry for spoilers if you had not watched "Hangout with Yoo" or not understand what the WSG wannabe is all about. The first two songs ranked 1st and 2nd respectively on Genie Music, Bugs Music, etc., while the third song is 3rd. The first song Just As At That Time is among the top 100 on the Melon Music
- heres the korean article: https://biz.chosun.com/entertainment/tv/2022/07/10/AG6YVUOBIWFJABQ3EC263HQ2IU/

- I am kinda confused on how to include the chart ranking of these songs since I first time creating an article about a music group and their discography NelsonLee20042020 (talk) 12:54, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
- @NelsonLee20042020 Okay thanks for the direction, unfortunately we cannot use Genie Music, Bugs Music, iTunes, etc, for South Korea, we can only use either Circle/Gaon Digital Chart and its component (Download, Streaming, BGM) charts or Billboard's K-pop Hot 100 and South Korea Songs. For other countries, the chart varies according to WP:GOODCHARTS (the table isn't very updated) but charts from the countries respective music association say for Singapore is RIAS are applicable for usage. The chart ranking isn't easy to understand for starter, but once you get use to it, you will see the pattern is similar across many articles, what I recommend would be to look through the articles of various other popular K-pop groups (BTS, Twice, Aespa, Itzy, etc) to see the pattern on which charts the table are listing.
- I will take a look at WSG Wannabe maybe later today or earliest tomorrow. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 13:09, 15 July 2022 (UTC)

- @NelsonLee20042020 No problem, but I have a question, as I don't watch the show (not my type, the only variety show I currently watched are Running Man and Soshi TamTam) hence is MSG Wannabe and WSG Wannabe different groups? — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 04:05, 16 July 2022 (UTC)
Yep they were different groups. Just to tell you, I also love running man (plus 2 days 1 night and sixth sense), my dear friend. --NelsonLee20042020 (talk) 04:58, 16 July 2022 (UTC)

- @NelsonLee20042020 No problem, the actual changes were made by Speedthief1, I made some formatting changes. I don't watch much Korean variety shows other than currently Running Man and Soshi TamTam, and previously My Little Old Boy, Boss in the Mirror, and Sixth Sense. I recommend you to watch Hangout with Yoo and Knowing Bros (the latter I only recently watched), they were pretty good too. --NelsonLee20042020 (talk) 09:23, 16 July 2022 (UTC)

Request:
Hi Paper9oll this is Edmond. I saw that you have many contribution here on wiki about the some topics related to kdrama. Is it okay since you are an expert here, create an article about new 2022 kdrama "Miracle"? I tried to create on myself but it was rejected. Edmond A. Miller (talk) 12:11, 17 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Edmond A. Miller Hi, looking through your contributions, it did seem that you created Draft:Miracle however you then moved the draft to Draft:Miracle Web Drama 2022 which is unacceptable title per English Wikipedia naming conventions, what you should instead create is Draft:Miracle (web series). However, both drafts has been deleted because Draft:Miracle Web Drama 2022 isn't written in neutral point of view, contains promotional contents, and also contains copyrighted materials (meaning the draft contains contents that are copied directly one-on-one or in some form from https://www.viki.com/tv/38648c-miracle which is unacceptable, English Wikipedia has zero tolerance on such) per page history, and Draft:Miracle was deleted as WP:G8 per page history because it's supposed to be redirected to Draft:Miracle Web Drama 2022 however the latter was deleted earlier hence why you couldn't find both drafts hence this answered your question of "
I tried to create on myself but it was rejected
". - In answering your request, my answer would be No, due to lack of coverage from reliable secondary news sources. Also recommended that you read on WP:FIRST and go through the links in the Welcome menu, I have added to the top of your talk page. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 12:59, 17 July 2022 (UTC)
Help on Jennie article - The Idol
Hey! Seeing as the official trailer for The Idol is out and it features Jennie, and she's already on its Wikipedia page, I was wondering if it would be appropriate to add it to her filmography section. Also, do you mind helping me use the TBA template? It's a little confusing.
Thank you! Beulagpinkeu (talk) 15:45, 17 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Beulagpinkeu Done. Not sure, what you did that caused TBA template to display its underlying coding, but here is the correct implementation, you simply type out {{TBA}}, and that's it, and of course use "Show preview" to ensure it's working. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 16:00, 17 July 2022 (UTC)

Template:GFriend: Is Viviz not related?
Hello, I've considered about adding Viviz onto the "Related articles" row in the navbox. However (just for a check) I went over to the revision history, then found that someone else has attempted to do the same -- you reverted their "non-constructive" edit. Could you explain why it is "non-constructive"? lIl-†V!wanna talk?` 18:04, 27 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Beetricks Firstly, Viviz is not a "official" spinoff of GFriend or vice versa despite having past members, the Infobox param shouldn't be utilized this way. Secondly, I don't see why is there the need to add Viviz into GFriend navbox as mentioned in preceding sentence. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 01:13, 28 July 2022 (UTC)

Re-adding TXT's Lollapalooza appearance.
Thank you for noticing me about a reliable source for the information, I'm adding an article from NME Magazine to the page, hope that helps the information to be proved reliable and soon to be displayed again on the page. Meinh (talk) 17:53, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
- Hi Meinh, thanks you for adding reliable source. As a friendly reminder as you just joined the community, you should always provide reliable source(s) whenever you added new content to articles per WP:BURDEN hence take note of this moving forward. Please also don't add new content straightaway to the lead section unnecessarily, information such as TXT's Lollapalooza appearance should be included in Career/History section instead, you can read more about lead section here. I also noticed that you added the same references twice in TXT, please only add the reference once and provide a unique name in the ref tag like so, you read more about named references here. I also added a Welcome menu to your talk page contains plenty of helpful links which is highly recommended that you read or peek through the links included the Policies and Guidelines section. Thanks you and happy editing! — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 01:52, 5 August 2022 (UTC)

Re: Lee Do-hyun revert
Why are you rolling back my edits without a proper reason while I even added three links for source. What you are doing is not good. You are the one violating other people's rights. 212.175.35.83 (talk) 06:45, 11 August 2022 (UTC)

You are the one violating other people's rights
", try nice! This diff clearly shows that your edits introducing errors to the article, in which you clearly don't know to cite correctly, as seen in the rendered results here where references #44 to #46 are clearly wrong whereas the rest of the references (#1 to #43 and #47) are cited correctly in turn rendered correctly. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 07:11, 11 August 2022 (UTC)

Pertaining my edits
Hey once again! I’ve noticed you removed my edits on your user page. I’m quite surprised with this as I was only fixing grammatical errors. Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:09, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
Also, there’s nothing to entertain! I only continue to interact with you due to the fact that you removed my edits from MAMAMOO’s page and then proceeded to give me an explanation as to why, saying I was doing something that I, in fact, was not. When I respectfully asked for further explanation, you ignored me which I find very unprofessional. My efforts to try to resolve everything that has happened were, once again, ignored, and I find that unkind. As a person who doesn’t edit pages on here very often, I would just appreciate further elaboration as to what I did incorrectly so I don’t do it again. Not to mention, here’s a tip for the future: Saying “I will not entertain this” to somebody who is trying to bother you very much does entertain them. Although I was not trying to bother you, I thought you may appreciate this advice. Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:15, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
If you mean me not adding subjects when you say that I do not know how to start discussions correctly, here’s a subject! I know how to do it, I just don’t find the need to when I just simply want to have a casual conversation. If I was actually at any point disrespectful with you, I would enjoy if we could move past that so you can give me accurate explanations and we can resolve these issues.
I don’t purposefully sign my discussions.. the signature is just there and because i’m not in english clsss I don’t feel the need to worry about something as such. If that is what’s keeping you from giving me a proper explanation, I feel for you because your talk page has a few errors, such as grammar, but instead of being disrespectful, I only helped with editing it (although you undid my edits) Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:23, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- There must be an actual reason as to why you’re not giving me an explanation and I know it’s not due to something as little as a signature, so may I know? Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:25, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- stan loona btw lol!!!!!! Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:25, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- Blackswansupremacy, you're not in English class, but you are in a collaborative environment and that means you will have to live with the rules and guidelines. On a talk page, create a new post at the bottom, and sign it at the end. It's not hard. Paper9oll, I will take some issue with your edit summary: NPOV isn't the issue (the controversy is well-established), but the question is whether it should take up so much space in the lead. Right now, adding that content is undue, but at the same time, the lead is underdeveloped. Drmies (talk) 16:26, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- Interesting. Honestly, them saying that NPOV is the issue and then proceeding to not give me the elaboration I asked for makes me believe that they simply don’t like the fact I added about MAMAMOO, which is, once again, unprofessional. Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:38, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Drmies Thanks you for the reply. Pertaining to Mamamoo, yes the controversy is somewhat well-established, however I don't find it was written NPOV enough. Imo, it isn't noteworthy enough to be mentioned in the lead despite the lead being underdeveloped. If it were to be restore, imo, it should be in the body itself instead. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 16:41, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Blackswansupremacy Firstly, please do not edit other user's userpage however you like without permissions from the user themselves. I didn't asked you to fix any grammatical errors nor do find it helpful nor given you permissions to do so. Please don't so again per WP:NOBAN. You are however free to WP:COPYEDIT in mainspace provided it complies with WP:GUIDELINES. Secondly, regarding your edits to Mamamoo, I don't find your edits NPOV enough, and as Drmies has mentioned above, I also don't see noteworthy enough to be included in the lead if it's restored. Thirdly, regarding your edits to GFriend, we don't list activities of each members beyond disbandment in the group/band articles as any of such details doesn't concern the group/band as a whole itself, this was discussed on WT:KO in the past, please search through the archives. Please also note that Allkpop, Soompi, Koreaboo, etc are considered unreliable sources per WP:KO/RS#UR. Lastly, please read on WP:GUIDELINES and WP:TPG, and comments such as "
stan loona btw lol!!!!!
" shouldn't be included in discusions on English Wikipedia, we are WP:NOTFORUM and/or social media. Please also note that, editors are humans, and humans take time to type out reply. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 16:37, 14 August 2022 (UTC)- I only read the last sentence because I don’t feel like reading the whole thing I’m sorry but anyway come on now, yes people take time to reply but there’s no reason why you shouldn’t have given me an explanation yet, it has been hours since I asked for one and you’re clearly very active! - @Blackswansupremacy Are you trolling me??? You youself said "
I don’t feel like reading the whole thing
" then you said "there’s no reason why you shouldn’t have given me an explanation yet, it has been hours since I asked for one
" which I have already addressed. If you're referring to why I didn't replied on your talkpage which I just noticed by looking through your contributions logs, I don't follow/watch your talkpage hence I don't know about it as you didn't WP:PING me to notify me. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 16:43, 14 August 2022 (UTC)- Girlll calm downnn I finally read it all I’m not a troll.. I now see you’ve explained everything. However, I still do find your actions very unprofessional. I do not understand why you have been active on this site but still managed to take this long to finally give an explanation. As a beginner (although I joined last year, I’m not online a lot and don’t do many edits) I feel as though it was necessary to just give s friendly explanation instead of ignoring me. Also, can you tell me what wasn’t “NPOV” enough so I know for future reference? Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:49, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- Ohhhh my gosh. Yes, that’s what I was referring to, one of the things I’ve BEEN talking about with you, and one of the reasons why I’m upset with you! You finally realized, good job! I find it funny how you edited your reply to add “If you’re referring to” and the rest. (i’m trying so hard to sound like a millennial like u rn) Blackswansupremacy (talk) 17:02, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- In one of my replies, I asked you what wasn’t NPOV enough about my MAMAMOO edit so I don’t make the same mistake in the future. Why haven’t you told me? Will your response be prejudiced, is that why? It shouldn’t be taking you that long. Blackswansupremacy (talk) 17:09, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Blackswansupremacy Are you trolling me??? You youself said "
- Do I really need your permission if Wikipedia automatically allows me to edit it? Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:50, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- You didn’t ask me to fix any of your grammatical errors just as I didn’t ask you to criticize my signatures. Thank you! Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:58, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- The hypocrisy with you is REALLL. You don’t like certain things I’m doing but then you proceed to basically do the same things. Blackswansupremacy (talk) 17:03, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- Let’s be honest, if it were somebody else who edited you user page to fix the grammatical errors, you wouldn’t have had a problem, you only care because it’s me. Anyway, TWICE will be having. a comeback, support em! Blackswansupremacy (talk) 17:06, 14 August 2022 (UTC)

- stan loona btw lol!!!!!! Blackswansupremacy (talk) 16:25, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
@Blackswansupremacy Firstly, clearly stated in my userpage that I'm a male. Secondly, as mentioned above, I don't follow/watch your talkpage hence I don't know that you reply to me as you didn't WP:PING me to notify me. Thirdly, pertaining to your Mamamoo edits, what I meant by non-NPOV was that the sentencing can be further improved to be more neutral and less targetive tone. Thirdly, as I have mentioned above, English Wikipedia is not forum and/or social media, this and this comments, should not be included here nor should you be posting such comments in English Wikipedia in the first place. Lastly, please read on WP:TPG, WP:CIVIL, and WP:NPA, and regarding your signature, Drmies has addressed that, you should sign at the end of your comment. Please also don't spam your reply, you should be replying one comment and wait for the editor you're talking to, to get back to you, if you wish to add-on, simply edit your latest comment to add-on to it. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 17:11, 14 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Blackswansupremacy Please also note that, this will be my last reply to you, as I have addressed your concern pertaining to Mamamoo which was what you asked at your now blanked talkpage. Any further concern pertaining to your edits on Mamamoo, will only be addressed if it hasn't been mentioned in prior comments, otherwise don't expect an reply as I have addressed it.
- Please also note that if you continue to spam my talkpage unnecessary without regards on WP:TPG and/or posting uncivil comments and/or personal attacks aganist me, I have the rights to report you for WP:HARASS and/or WP:CIVIL and/or personal attacks. Have a nice day and goodbye! — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 17:17, 14 August 2022 (UTC)

Re: My edits to Lee Il-hwa
Hi! I’m Qrtpes. As a newcomer of Wikipedia, I didn’t realize the importance of this rule. So thank you for telling me the rule! Next time, I’ll edit with a citation to a reliable source. Thank you! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Qrtpes (talk • contribs) 03:08, August 18, 2022 (UTC)
- @Qrtpes No problem. I have added Welcome menu to your talk page with plenty of helpful links, in particularly the links in the Policies and Guidelines section which you should go through on when you have the time. Please also remember to sign your replies at the end by adding ~ 4 times like so ~~~~. Thanks you and Happy editing! — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 12:16, 18 August 2022 (UTC)
