The reason left by CNMall41 was: This topic is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Submitted with a lowercase last name is a way to avoid the protection of the name with uppercase (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Draft:Sandeep_Maheshwari). Has been deleted many times and the draft is also blocked from creation and will need an administrator to unblock prior to creation and submission. Please refer to the deletion log for the administrator who placed the block on the draft. On a side note, this draft is promotional and violates WP:NOT which is the same reason it was declined many times in the past.
