Olympics

[edit]

No problem. Will have a look at the article later on again to add some things... Kante4 (talk) 17:24, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy tags

[edit]

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please do the following:

  1. Place {{hangon}} on the page. Please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag(s).
  2. Make your case on the article's talk page.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 17:42, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

ANI notice

[edit]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you.

Adding sources to your articles

[edit]

It's important that you add reliable, independent sources to the articles that you have created- for example, links to newspaper and magazine articles that verify the information in the articles. If you do that, then other users won't have to wonder whether or not these events really exist, and are really so notable that encyclopedia articles about them should exist. Adding sources should be your first priority, because you can expect that articles without appropriate sources will probably be deleted from the encyclopedia. December 2010

[edit]

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Qatar at the 2011 Summer Junior Olympics. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion, and make your case on the page's talk page. Thank you. -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 18:12, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to Qatar at the 2011 Summer Junior Olympics. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. The UtahraptorTalk/Contribs 18:17, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to Palestine at the 2011 Summer Junior Olympics. The UtahraptorTalk/Contribs 18:17, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as File:Istambul 2011 logo.jpg, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 18:33, 29 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
