Please use edit summaries in the main space

[edit]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edit(s) you made did not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or to provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.

The edit summary field looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account, you can give yourself a reminder by setting Preferences → Editing → Tick Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary), and then click the "Save" button. Thanks! Flibirigit (talk) 20:27, 9 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I found the "Final standing" item repeated twice, forcing me to delete one item to avoid duplication. Mohammed07102007 (talk) 08:07, 22 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@Mohammed07102007: Shame on me, my bad and sorry. Fixed it. Kante4 (talk) 08:45, 22 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article 2015 World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships – Men's mass start has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

We aren't a database, and shouldn't keep every single table of sports results unless RSes have interest in the events in question.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
