I help a small online gallery and archive that features the artwork of Jerry Garcia. As such I am in a position of some expertise, having personally handled many of Garcia's artworks when the gallery was in a storefront in Berkeley open to the public, and having knowledge and expertise in printmaking and fine art. As I am new to this I want to avoid any real conflict of interest, and will do my best to avoid self-serving references. For example: as a native of Berkeley, California, who came of age in the sixties, I was a direct witness to a considerable slice of history through direct observation. Some of these anecdotal observations may not be verifiable, but could contribute to the knowledge base of the Encyclopedia. Can I cite myself?P.g.duffy (talk) 22:58, 28 March 2014 (UTC) PGD[reply]

No, you are unacceptable as a source, because you would be a primary and unverifiable source. Fiddle Faddle 08:00, 22 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I finally saw your (TimFidddleFaddleTrent) comment from 22 May; thanks...You are right, it's a bad sentence as well.P.g.duffy (talk) 22:45, 2 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Noting that in the Hawaiian language, a word doubled lends a new meaning to the word: "wiki-wiki" = P.D.Q.(Pretty Darn Quick), "wai"(water), "wai-wai" (wealth)...[1]P.g.duffy (talk) 22:07, 8 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Sent 1st article for review. Hope it fits criteria.P.g.duffy (talk) 23:37, 16 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Will no doubt make revisions and add relevant facts as I find references; will upload photo of bronze sculpture at Mills ("Power of Woman").P.g.duffy (talk) 23:19, 18 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Added file photo, but see that it needs cropping; will try again.P.g.duffy (talk) 00:25, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Trying to add relevant illustration to article awaiting review, but unable to upload as the article is still a "talk page". Previous upload deleted by another user, though it was a fair use image of the artist's public work.P.g.duffy (talk) 23:51, 5 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
