Wikipedia isn't interested in persons who write their own biographies. Please refer to Wikipedia:Autobiography and Wikipedia:Wikipedia is not about YOU. You are not an objective judge of whether you are notable enough for inclusion or not.

A little advice relating to your unblock request:

The trouble with unblock requests which give just generic statements such as "I will never make the same mistake again", without saying what mistake won't be made again, is that experience over the years shows that far more often than not the person in question does not actually understand what the problems were, so that if they are unblocked they do in fact make the same mistake again. agree not to promote any subject on Wikipedia or link to it. You specifiaclly will need to agree not to write about your self. Especially in light of your request to remove all personally identifiable information
describe what constructive edits you would make
choose a new user name. (It looks like you have a rename request above. I'll look at that.) Done
