Template removal

[edit]

You're welcome. This is just a friendly reminder that marking the removal of templates as minor edits may appear to be vandalism (which yours was not). Minor edits are generally for spelling and minor formatting; template removal is considered a major edit. Crisco 1492 (talk) 10:05, 29 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

User page

[edit]

LOL. Feel free to copy and paste the Wikimarkup on my user page (open the edit tab to see it). Just be sure to change the text to apply to yourself as well as remove the userboxes that do not apply to you and the top icons. Crisco 1492 (talk) 15:21, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Awesomeness

[edit]

Wow... that was just... awesome. Thank you.  :) Erikeltic (Talk) 01:16, 10 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your comment about this. I find some of the posts on that talk page disturbing, so I've asked an admin to take a look. [1] It has honestly made me wonder why I continue to be involved in this project, but hopefully that feeling will pass. If all the women who object to this kind of thing leave, the situation will never be challenged; but to continue in the midst of it leaves a bad taste. So it's difficult. Anyway, I'm grateful for your support. Cheers, SlimVirgin TALK|CONTRIBS 04:37, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

ANI report

See the complaint: [2] Mindbunny (talk) 16:29, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure what you're doing here but content was duplicated into the wrong section, not removed. --NeilN talk to me 16:38, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Either am I! The ref system is confusing me, I am merely trying to ensure that Mindbunny does not remove those crucial sentences. OpinionsAreLikeAHoles (talk) 16:48, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
This account has been blocked indefinitely from editing Wikipedia because your username, OpinionsAreLikeAHoles, does not meet our username policy.

Your username is the only reason for this block. You are welcome to choose a new username (see below).

A username should not be promotional, related to a "real-world" group or organization, misleading, offensive, or disruptive. Also, usernames may not end in the word "bot" unless the account is an approved bot account

You are encouraged to choose a new account name that meets our policy guidelines. Alternatively, if you have already made edits and you wish to keep your existing contributions under a new name, then you may request a change in username by:

  1. Adding {{unblock-un|your new username here}} on your user talk page. You should be able to do this even though you are blocked, as you can usually still edit your own talk page. If not, you may wish to contact the blocking administrator by clicking on "E-mail this user" on their talk page.
  2. At an administrator's discretion, you may be unblocked for 24 hours to file a request.
  3. Please note that you may only request a name that is not already in use, so please check here for a listing of already taken names. The account is created upon acceptance, thus do not try to create the new account before making the request for a name change. For more information, please see Wikipedia:Changing username.
If you feel that you were blocked in error, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|Your reason here}}, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. TNXMan 18:45, 11 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
