[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Karen Gillan has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 20:25, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Gwen Stefani. Your edits continue to appear to constitute vandalism and have been automatically reverted.

  • If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • ClueBot NG makes very few mistakes, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been considered as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • If you need help, please see our help pages, and if you can't find what you are looking for there, please feel free to place {{Help me}} on your talk page and someone will drop by to help.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Gwen Stefani was changed by OglebayLights (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.888472 on 2020-11-14T20:38:22+00:00

Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 20:38, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

My account has been blocked indefinitely as a sockpuppet of ThanksgivingDinner by SoWhy, an active member of the Arbitration Committee. This account was a bot account, but was renamed to this user, OglebayLights. I would like to be unblocked from the site because it was blocked almost an hour ago. I vandalized Karen Gillan and Gwen Stefani articles from the site. I was blocked indefinitely for the username policy, then unblocked, then blocked again, this time a sockpuppet of ThanksgivingDinner. This time, 2 blocks for this user OglebayLights. I made over 10 edits and then the blocking administrator blocked you. OglebayLights, please return to editing Wikipedia. Yamla renamed this user from OglebayBot to OglebayLights. This is my user, Oglebay Lights, was registered yesterday on this site, the English Wikipedia OglebayLights (talk) 21:24, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. — O Still Small Voice of Clam 21:58, 14 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
Please note that there could be appeals to the unblock ticket request system that have been declined leading to the post of this notice.
