Hello Nupur Chine. I am not a paid advocate of any of the companies. I am doing a research on the topic of awards and recognition by the companies and found that the company pages awards and recognition sections were not updated. However, I was able to find out relevant sources for that particular section, therefore I updated them in the articles to add-up in my contirbutions. I would not continue doing the same if it is not recommended.

User:Nupur_Chine, your additions to a number of pages have been reverted. I noticed that you added lists of awards and recognition to a number of management consultancy type companies. While this information was factual and sourced, it was not noteworthy information. These kinds of awards are more often than not a kind of marketing and we do not allow editors to use Wikipedia for marketing purposes. I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

This is very good advice. Writing an article about a company you work for is a bad way to start editing Wikipedia.
