Sydney Kumalo moved to draftspace

This is a bit of a mess. I'd like to accept the draft version Draft:Sydney Kumalo, but we need to delete the page Sydney Kumalo that now redirects to Draft:Sydney Kumalo Art Education. Draft:Sydney Kumalo Art Education should probably be deleted as well, and all content merged to Draft:Sydney Kumalo, which can then be moved to Sydney Kumalo.
