I'm currently working on this list, from both the top and the bottom. As of today, I'm at #115 on the second group (250-500) and at #1734 of section 9, article 4,000 to 4,500. FWIW, about 65% of the remaining blue links are fine. 25% would not be OK as articles, but have been properly redirected, and 10% need deletion or --sometimes--redirection. .
