"Anyone know what ever happened to User:3RRBot?". His absence has been noted at WP:AN, in a thread discussing the lack of enough 3RR closers. I used to have the bot reports on my own watchlist, but haven't seen any for a while. EdJohnston (talk) 03:01, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
I'll bring it back up tomorrow, it needs a few cleanups to its algorithm. I've been having issues off wiki and have been distracted. —— nixeagleemail me 15:41, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
DYKadminBot
[edit]Hi Nixeagle,
Good to see you editing again. Are you maintaining DYKadminBot? If you are, there are a few improvements that could be made. Let me know when you're ready for the list. Shubinator (talk) 06:24, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
Clerkbot
[edit]Hi Nix, take a look at my talkpage history. I think we'd discussed this before, but is there a way to have the clerkbot stop leaving clerks messages about codeletters? Or at least, have the bot only notify the actual report creator for the letters? Thanks, Nathan T 21:28, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Bug in SPCUClerkbot?
[edit]Hi. In this edit to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mattijsmattijs, the investigation was archived by SPCUClerkbot, but there's no link from there to the archive. Is this a bug in the bot, or was the page wrongly tagged for archiving? Thanks, MuffledThud (talk) 09:01, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
Season's greetings
[edit]Thank you for being one of the people who has made 2009 such an interesting and enlightening year for me. It has certainly had its challenges, but also many highlights. I wish you peace and contentment in 2010, and a joyous holiday season to you and yours.

autoblock finder not working so well anymore?
[edit]Twice in the past week, I've used the autoblock finder on particular accounts that were either not blocked, or recently unblocked, and found nothing. I was only able to find the autoblock by searching by the name of the alternate account that triggered the autoblock. Is this normal behaviour? –xenotalk 17:33, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
- Nixeagle hasn't edited since November; I don't think anyone knows why. Nathan T 17:54, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
- Why he's away? or why the autoblock isn't work? –xenotalk 17:56, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
- Why he's away. Unless something changed in the last few weeks. Nathan T 03:31, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Robert Dodds
[edit]Hello,
You previously deleted an article on Robert Dodds. I am writing an article about Robert Dodds, the notably decorated World War I flying ace, who later was a civil aviation pioneer in Canada. I am checking with you about your prior deletion; did you delete that Robert Dodds, or was it some other?
Georgejdorner (talk) 15:28, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
- Apparently Nixeagle isn't editing anymore since Nixeagle hasn't done an edit since 2009. Nixeagle did delete the article. I looked at what was deleted. The article was very short and it was about a "Talented listed New England artist/watercolorist". It looked like a resume so its deletion was appropriate. I see no problems with writing an article on the pilot. This is a solid reference (if it's the same person) that I urge for you to use and discuss in the article. Royalbroil 05:21, 18 May 2011 (UTC)
Nixeagle was doing some important editing and corrections on articles relating to mountains and volcanoes around the world! Apparently complications with personal surgery results terminated that activity. Who is continuing and or compiling that work now? Please respond online. Jimmie. James, USA

Suspension of admin privileges due to inactivity
[edit]Following a community discussion in June 2011, consensus was reached to provisionally suspend the administrative privileges of users who have been inactive for one year, meaning administrators who have made neither any edits nor any logged actions in over one year. As a result of this discussion, your administrative privileges have been removed pending your return. If you wish to have these privileges reinstated, please post to the Wikipedia:Bureaucrats' noticeboard and the userright will be restored per the re-sysopping process (i.e., as long as the attending bureaucrats are reasonably satisfied that your account has not been compromised and that your inactivity did not have the effect of evading scrutiny of any actions which might have led to sanctions). This removal of access is procedural only, and not intended to reflect negatively upon you in any way. We wish you the best in future endeavors, and thank you for your past administrative efforts. Notice of change
[edit]Hello. You are receiving this message because of a recent change to the administrator policy that alters what you were told at the time of your desysopping. The effect of the change is that if you are inactive for a continuous three year period, you will be unable to request return of the administrative user right. This includes inactive time prior to your desysopping if you were desysopped for inactivity and inactive time prior to the change in policy. Inactivity is defined as the absence of edits or logged actions. Until such time as you have been inactive for three years, you may request return of the tools at the bureaucrats' noticeboard. After you have been inactive for three years, you may seek return of the tools only through WP:RFA. Thank you. MBisanz talk 00:20, 4 December 2012 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
