Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Alipay, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Zelle (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:27, 12 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:TARGET instant payment settlement, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Request reason:

Dear K.e.coffman, Legacypac and Athaenara I’m writing you about the Target Instant Payment page and the related blockage of my account. I’m contributing to Wikipedia to improve pages related to payment systems with a focus on instant payment. I’ve edited several pages (e.g. ApplePay, Zelle, Alipay, SamsungPay etc) and created the Instant Payment and TIPS page. The Issue with the latter is probably related to a misunderstanding due to the fact that I’m not native English speaker and I do not perceive the promotional language. The TIPS system is the analogue of Target 2 (which is used for the settlement of interbank payments), but is used for instant retail payments. It is a platform created by Eurosystem without commercial aims, but of systemic integration between the actors of the payment market. I apology if the draft page appeared to be an advertisement it was not my intention, I kindly ask you to undelete the page and allow me to further integrate with your comments --Nicola Caione (talk) 15:33, 5 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You appear to be glossing over the fact that you have a clear conflict of interest with regards to the TIPS project, since you and your employer are directly involved in its implementation. Yunshui  16:04, 5 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Dear Yunshui, I've declared the potential confict of interests because I work for Banca d'Italia, which is the Central Bank that is developing the project. Please consider that I dont have any commercial relation with the product itself. What would be if an expert of Federal Reserve, Bank of Japan of whatever National Central Banks, review (or edit) e wiki page on a topic related to central bank's business? According to wikipedia policy all this contributions have to be rejected? All the information I've inserted comes from public trusted sources. Of course often the come from the ECB, but because it it the primary source of information. Other sources like web pages and newspaper simply cite the ECB's press release...... I hope this information would help to clarify this issue. Regards --Nicola Caione (talk) 16:34, 5 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Representatives of any organization should not directly edit about their organization or what it does. Wikipedia is only interested in what independent reliable sources state about article subjects, not in the personal knowledge of experts(directly). Please review WP:COI and WP:PAID, as well as how to make edit requests in the area of your COI. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 18:06, 5 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Dear Athaenara, I’m writing you about the Target Instant Payment page and the related blockage of my account occourred in 2018. I wrote several articles in the Italian version of Wikipedia (including TIPS https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Target_instant_payment_settlement) and now I would come back to the .en version, but unfortunately my account was blocked due to a misunderstanding on the TIPS page. At the beginning of my work in 2018 I declared the potential confict of interests because I'm working for Banca d'Italia, which is the Central Bank that has developed the project. Please consider that I dont have any commercial relation with the product itself. Anyway I will not edit this page anymore and I leave this task to the Wikipedia community. I hope this declaration will let you to remove the block. Nicola Caione (talk) 13:25, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

The misunderstanding was that you thought it was appropriate to write about subject areas for which you have a conflict of interest. It wasn't appropriate. We've told you this over and over again. WP:IDHT seems to apply here. As you've not convinced me you understand WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO and you haven't indicated what you'd write about instead, there are no grounds to lift the block. Request reason:

Dear Yamla, I'm sorry about bothering you, but please consider that I do not intend to edit this page anymore and that at work at certain times I'm a trainer for Italian students in Wikipedia related projects. As an example please visit: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progetto:Coordinamento/Scuole/Banca_d%27Italia_e_Liceo_Cavour This was a project aimed at improving the following page: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criptovaluta . When I've created the TIPS page I've added my conflict of interest disclaimer for trasparency and in good faith. Nicola Caione (talk) 13:58, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. This unblock request has been open for more than two weeks but has not proven sufficient for any reviewing administrator to take action. You are welcome to request a new block review if you substantially reword your request. Yamla (talk) 14:52, 8 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed your unblock request, as I believe you meant to request an unblock. Note that we mostly need to see what you plan to write about instead and you haven't provided that yet. --Yamla (talk) 14:13, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
