If you want to create an article on her in Russian you would do it on Russian Wikipedia. Click here to start it: ru:Ання Санд. Once you've created it, add [[en:Annya Sand]] at the very bottom, which will link it to the article here, then add [[ru:Ання Санд]] to the bottom of the article here to link it to the Russian one.
