Notable people lists

In general, at Wikipedia, when there is a list of notable people in an article (such as Ngarigo#Notable people), we restrict that list to people who already have Wikipedia articles. And, at the very least, when we add any content to an article, it must be verifiable by citations to reliable sources. When you find yourself saying "... as far as we know", you can rest assure that you've strayed past the realm of verifiable content and your material probably shouldn't be included. Hello,

When you make a claim that I some how have stated "As far as we know" it is false and I for one would be mindful of making false statements as I would not be astray from filing a defamation suit agains't you. On that note I also would appreciate that Non-Aboriginal people especially Non-Ngarigo people stop attempting to erase our peoples history and its notable people. We the Ngarigo people and tribe are aware that there is an attempt to change our history and this will not be taken likely. It is not my content thank you, I am simply undoing any changes of notable people such as erasing information about notable Ngarigo people and quite powerful Ngarigo people at that trying to erase such people as they play an important role within our people, country and culture is a form of cultural abuse and legal action can be take as a class action by the Ngarigo people. attempts to erase our people especially these notable people have caused offence to multiple Ngarigo people and a formal complaint has been filed with wikipedia from a lawyer that has written to the company.

A few points:

Do you deny that your edit to Ngarigo contains the sentence Tammy is a Ngarigo Elder and currently a director of her tribe as far as we are aware. in relation to Tammy Wilesmith?
You are currently in violation of Wikipedia's three revert rule which means that you are engaged in edit warring, a practice whereby you repeatedly revert other users' edits to retain your own preferred version of an article.
Do not make legal threats against Wikipedia or your fellow editors or you will lose your editing privileges.
Wikipedia is a collaborative process; asking other editors to "stay out of things that are none of their business" is not how things work here.
Wikipedia is verifiable, which means that if you add content, we must be able to verify it through reliable sources. The content you have added has no such sources, and is thus subject to removal at any time.

No, one made legal threats, I was simply informing you of a class action that will be filed if members of this wikipedia continue to attempt to erase our notable people and a legal letter has been sent to wikipedia via a lawyer to have these attempts to erase our people and nation erased or damaged even changed in anyway. I advise if you continue to make false claims the lawyer will be contacted and given your user name and they can retrieve your details.

I informed this user that attempting to erase Aboriginal peoples culture, people or country is a form of abuse and erasing notable people is classed as cultural abuse and is illegal in Australia. I also informed this user that a legal letter has been sent to wikipedia and that this user was warned not to make false claims or I would seek a defamation lawsuit agains't him. I did not write the information that himself and 2 others continue to attempt to erase I simply undo it as they have caused harm among my people and insulted my people by attempted to erase to extremely notable people from our history. I am not sure if any of you actually know my tribe but due to almost being wiped out we are a secretive people and do not share to much about our customs or famous people. The legal letter simply askes that wikipedia stop allowing users to erase my peoples history and its people and that failure to do so would result in a class action by my people. NOT ME! and secondly I want WikiDan blocked for making false claims that I added any information when I did not I simply undid the erased history or notable people due to it being falsely erased. My tribe and people are critically endangered and we are quite often a private people because of the murder and genocide that happened against my people. NgarigoKnowledgeHolder, if you categorically withdraw any legal threats against Wikipedia or any of its editors, you may be unblocked. But you are not permitted to continue editing while legal action is pending. Regardless, unless you, yourself, commit to not mentioning such legal action in the course of editing disputes, you will remain blocked until the matter has been resolved in the courts. I request that a higher Admin become involved one that is independent as you are bias cheers and you are allowing WikiDan61 to falsely accuse me of things. There is no "higher admin," and your claim of bias or lack of independence seems to have been invented out of thin air because you did not get the outcome you wanted. Which reflects poorly on you, I'd argue. You are free to request an unblock (instructions in the block template), but if this is your reasoning, the chance of it succeeding approaches zero.
