Hello, Navin731. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. The page Draft:SKILLING YOU- MAKING INDIA SKILLFUL has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seemed to be unambiguous advertising which only promoted a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to have been fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

This article needs to be rewritten from scratch from reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. It is not an outlet for promotion, advocacy, or advertising.

Information on content and common pitfalls to avoid can be located here and here, however be aware that this is not an exhaustive list. Pages can sometimes avoid these pitfalls and still be seen as an ad copy or unambiguously promotional, particularly if the editor appears to be a paid editor or has some other conflict of interest. Please review these policies, including the FAQ page on organizations to determine if this applies to you.

Common mistakes or beliefs about promotional editing center on the assumption that promotional editing only applies to promotion for commercial gain. Some tags or G11 nominations are met with confusion by creators, particularly if they spend much time reading or creating corporate documents, mission/vision statements, or similar copy for their organization. The frequent exposure to promotional tone may make it difficult to notice non-neutral phrases or styles, as the editor has grown accustomed to seeing it as everyday writing or speech. This can be difficult, but not impossible, to unlearn.

Another common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. Anything can be promoted, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc. and CV/resumé's are by their nature promotional.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources that are unconnected with the subject and providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see this page on citing sources. This page has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{references}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there. New article creation can be difficult, but the Article Wizard can help you. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems. You can also ask for help at the TEAHOUSE and on IRC chat.

"Dainik Bhaskar, one of the most circulated newspapers" and "The Economic Times, one of the acclaimed newspapers" could you please remove these descriptions? Mentioning name of the newspaper is more than enough. --Gryllida (talk, e-mail) 08:37, 25 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Constructive contributions are appreciated, but, in this edit to Skilling You, you removed Articles for deletion notices from articles or removed other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates. This makes it difficult to establish consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. Zsohl(Talk) 13:26, 25 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

As previously advised, your edits give the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You were asked to cease editing until you responded by either stating that you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits, or by complying with the mandatory requirements under the Wikimedia Terms of Use that you disclose your employer, client and affiliation. Again, you can post such a disclosure on your user page at User:Navin731, and the template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Navin731|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. @Asilvering: I've blocked for a week. Left me know if that doesn't do the trick. @Navin731: I should just block you indefinitely for spamming and disruption. Please do not make me do that. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 03:00, 15 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Deepfriedokra ok i understand whatever you mentioned and can you for the last time unblock me please if you see me doing this again without taking permission you can block me permanently i am asking to you as a human being please unblock me for the first and last time and want to ask that i can't write on this topic again. if i want to write on this topic so what measure and steps i have to take and i have to take the permission from somebody to write on this topic. If has to take the permission so where can i get it and what are the steps to get it. Please help me out i will be very thankful to you. Navin731 (talk) 18:22, 16 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

"Whatever you mentioned" tells me you don't know what you are not to do or don't want to know. You 1) will not create or edit about Skilling you, by any title and anywhere on Wikipedia. 2) Please tell us what constructive edits you would make. Please read and heed WP:COI and WP:PAID. Your frantic urgency to edit about this subject implies a connection. You are teetering on the brink of being indefinitely blocked for promotional editing. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 18:35, 16 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Deepfriedokra "Whatever you mentioned" tells me you don't know what you are not to do or don't want to know. I am extremely sorry from the bottom of my heart if i had said it any wrong manner. I was not saying it in a bad aspect or manner i replied and meant that i totally understand now that you have mentioned "I should just block you indefinitely for spamming and disruption". I will help and edit the articles suggested by the Wikipedia by first editing easy topics and then gradually moving to hard topics. I will always remember in my mind the Five Pillars (principles) of Wikipedia that are 1.Wikipedia is an encyclopedia 2. Wikipedia is written from a neutral point of view 3. Wikipedia is free content that anyone can use, edit, and distribute 4. Wikipedia's editors should treat each other with respect and civility 5. Wikipedia has no firm rules. I read and heed WP:COI and WP:PAID and i will disclose about from whom i am getting paid to write or edit the article of my employer. At last i fully understand your both 1 and 2 point but want to be more clear that if i disclose that i am getting paid to edit and write article about Skilling you and who is my employer so can i write about them without promoting them and anything which comes strictly under the WP:COI terms and guidelines and rules i will not violate or go against them and keeping every rules in mind about how to write article on Wikipedia because it is an encyclopedia not any other platform. So please help me and please don't be angry i am asking for your help and suggestion and i will always remember it and will be very thankful to you from the bottom of my heart. Skilling you moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Skilling you, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello Navin731. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Navin731. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Navin731|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 02:58, 15 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Skilling you and all it's title variants

[edit]

Thank you for the PAID disclosure. Considering all the disruption you've caused, I don't think you can edit about this subject constructively. I think you need to find something else to edit about. If you cause anymore disruption, you will be blocked for an indefinite period. Speaking of disruption, what other accounts have you used.? I feel as if I've had this conversation before. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 07:43, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Deepfriedokra as such I am not using any other account this is my one and only primary account and I will keep in mind as you mentioned above about everything that on this topic I can't edit. I totally agree on the above mentioned subject that if I cause anymore disruption, then I will be blocked for an indefinite period. Navin731 (talk) 10:38, 19 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
