Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:2021 International Mathematical Olympiad

Hi! Come on! I have read this page and still don't understand WHY I AM ALWAYS BLOCKED: yes, I was Remitbuber. But I don't know what to do. I started wrongly, I have read that Wikipedia has users who were blocked for days or months, accepted it, and were welcomed back and "made good" as respected editors shortly afterwards. Once a block is over, it's over, so, I want to be respected and forget what was back. Help me. Unblock me and I'll try to help, not disturb. Please.
