CTV News Channel

Could you keep an eye on the context when you're updating the links? A person who works there today should certainly be described as working at "CTV News Channel" instead of "CTV Newsnet" — but if a person such as Wei Chen used to work there five or ten years ago, but now works for a different company altogether, then their article needs to reflect the name that the channel used at the time they actually worked there, not the name it adopted five or ten years after they left. Speedy deletion nomination of File:DUSK-TV.png

A tag has been placed on File:DUSK-TV.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. OnTV logo

I'm not sure where you're going with the onTV logo. Every single Youtube video I've viewed of CHCH when it was onTV never included the black rectangular background. See [2], [3], [4], and [5].  єmarsee  • Speak up! 16:49, 27 September 2009 (UTC)

The black background version could've been used after 1999. All of the Youtube videos I posted above are before 1999. I personally don't know as I never received CHCH on my BDU. WIC's annual report from 1997 showed the logo without any black background (reports from then onwards never showed the logos). If the back background logo was indeed used, I wouldn't recommend putting it back onto the article. The CHCH article has been like a magnet to those who want to remove non-free logos from Wikipedia.
