Your block is indefinite. That does not necessarily mean "permanent", but it will not expire on its own. You will need to make a convincing case that you understand the disruption you were causing, and will avoid it in the future. Saying now that you received no warnings, when any of us can view the page history and see how often you made edits to remove them (meaning, presumably, that you must have noticed them) is doing the exact opposite of that. "Notable" as a term is Wikipedia jargon. Define it more closely.

Are these people for this place? Who says so? Where are the citations? There are WP:BLP issues with lists of people
