The problem is that you have disregarded several Wikipedia policies including conflict of interest and paid editing. It is not accurate to say "all universities all over the world have a page in Wikipedia which provides information about their university"; some universities have articles about them on Wikipedia that summarize what independent reliable sources state about them. Wikipedia has no interest in what an article subject wants to say about itself. As you have been told, you will not be allowed to edit about your university. If you want to edit about another subject as a general, individual Wikipedia contributor, you will need to tell us what that might be and agree to not edit about your university.
