To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}}
on your user page. By the way, seeing as you haven't created a user page yet, simply click here to start it.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes
~~~~
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to your talk page, and a timestamp. - Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.
November 2018
[edit]Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Brandon Crawford, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 23:23, 8 November 2018 (UTC)
Hello Oshwah! Thank you. I had put the link to an article but I believe it wasn't trusted by Wikipedia. :( I'll try to find another source. Thank you :) Mme Gogo (talk) 23:26, 8 November 2018 (UTC)
Please do not add or change content, as you did at Jon Foreman, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Walter Görlitz (talk) 06:19, 9 November 2018 (UTC)
Hello Oshwah, I hope you are doing well! I submitted an article a few days or weeks ago and wanted to know if I did everything right since I didn't get any feedback from it. I'm afraid I submitted it wrong or something. Can you help me figure this out?
Here's the article I'm talking about: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Draft:Standing_Under_Bright_Lights#Reception
Also, it'd be ok to take a picture appearing in the numerous articles out there about the album to add as an official image since it'd be free of domain. Is that correct?
Thank you in advance for your help :) Mme Gogo (talk) 12:10, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
- Hi Mme Gogo! Have you submitted your draft for approval by the Articles for Creation team? I don't see any kind of template on the top of the page that states that it has been submitted for review. To submit a draft page for review, simply add {{subst:submit}} to the top of the page. You can find more information regarding the directions on how to submit a draft page by clicking here. Please let me know if you have any more questions, and I'll be more than happy to answer them and help you further. You can message me at any time by visiting my user talk page here. Thanks for the message, and I hope you have a great day. :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 23:14, 20 April 2021 (UTC)
- I'm glad you got it submitted for approval! I'm not on the AFC team, so I'm going to leave it for someone on the team to review and approve. If you have other questions or need help with anything else, please let me know and I'll be happy to do so! :-) Best regards - ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 21:23, 25 April 2021 (UTC)
Hello Oshwah, I hope you are doing well! :) I made changes to the article page for Alex Henry Foster, to remove texts not supported by citations and also remove some of the content. Is it now ok to remove the 2 notice at the top of the article's page?
Thank you in advance for your help and advice! Mme Gogo (talk) 02:04, 10 July 2021 (UTC)
