Dude, you Tamils have a problem of not identifying yourself as Indian, but Tamils. Generally ethnicity is mentioned as Indians for all other states, but Tamils have to mention Tamil, not Indian. Pranabnaik (talk) 15:33, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

See if you want to mention ethnicity, it should be nearer to Dravidian rather than Tamil or at best whichever is nearer to the cast system. How much different is a Andhra guys ethnicity than a Tamil guys ethnicity ? It is more or less division on linguistic rather than ethnicity. Pranabnaik (talk) 21:01, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dude I have lived with both Tamils and Telugus and I am not sure what the cultural difference you are talking about. And how come mentioning him as Dravidian is vandalism. Isn't he according to your ethnicity definition a Dravidian ? How different is Andhra culture from Tamil culture, you need to do a bit of research on that. Or better ask an Andhra guy about his traditions and customs and do the same with a Tamil guy. Other than the language difference and mutual hatred they bear for each other I would be really surprised if I see any major difference. Pranabnaik (talk) 21:01, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

And one more thing I forgot to mention, how do you define your ethnicity when you meet a foreigner, Indian or from the linguistic state you belong to ? Does it start from state and country onwards or the reverse ? How would a foreigner identify your ethnicity, an Indian or state wise ? Pranabnaik (talk) 21:04, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Venkatraman Ramakrishnan. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. Pontificalibus (talk) 21:49, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you make a personal attack, as you did with this edit to User talk:Pranabnaik.   — Jeff G. (talk|contribs) 22:10, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
