Laos national football team kit update ?

[edit]
Hi, can I ask if you can update the Laos national football team kit of GRAND SPORT ? https://www.facebook.com/GrandSportLao/ --Nguonnhanluc853 (talk) 09:09, 11 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, thank you for asking but unfortunately I don't know how to create templates. I only edit articles with existing ones. MatsLP (talk) 21:13, 13 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

How do I see you can update the Third colors of Barcelona 2021 https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=FC_Barcelona&diff=next&oldid=1049128014 ? --Nguonnhanluc853 (talk) 07:12, 19 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Someone made the kit on the article of the 2021-22 season. Then I copypasted to update it on the club article. MatsLP (talk) 19:52, 20 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I wish I could help you myself, but I'll try to find who does the template and see if it cqn be done. MatsLP (talk) 19:55, 20 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have searched many people but no one has responded. Nguonnhanluc853 (talk) 06:10, 21 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Where did you 2021-22 season copypaste? Nguonnhanluc853 (talk) 06:12, 21 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hey sorry if I replied too late. I couldn't find anybody who actually creates football kits templates but I can copypaste the design which is on the Spanish Wikipedia article of the Laos National Team if you like. That is an actual kit and not a generic one like the one found on the English version. Sadly, the kit there might be an old version, not the 2021. But hey, it's better than nothing lol MatsLP (talk) 04:16, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

My bad, don't know how to edit because the files or the process are different between Spanish and English version and it popped out as an error. Don't want to ruin the whole article, now someone has to fix my mistake lol. My advice if you want to see the kit updated is to write something on the talk page of the article. There they might help you more than me perhaps. Other advice is to wait for anybody to do a kit change on other pages such as one of a club, where they update, for example, when a new season arrives and kits are launched. One of the pages I go to is footyheadlines.com, I read when there is a new kit released. You can use it to know when someone might do a change on an article. After you notice that, try talking to the ones who do kits and ask for a Laos 2021 kit. Wish I could be more helpful, but I'm glad at least I tried. Who would have thought one Argentinian guy like me would try to help a Lao guy who wants to have the kit on his National team article. We, people of Wikipedia, have the weirdest passions lol. MatsLP (talk) 04:29, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I really don't know how to do it, if there is a video tutorial, can I do it? --Nguonnhanluc853 (talk) 05:50, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I asked RededWhite who updated the Timor-Leste national football team kit 2021. But so far no response. But why did you delete the Laos national football team home kit 2019-2020 ? https://www.footyheadlines.com/2020/03/unique-laos-2020-home-away-kits-released.html Nguonnhanluc853 (talk) 08:02, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I tried editing by deleting the generic template and replacing with the other version. It turns out it showed a kit with a "?" Sign, an error. And by that time I had deleted the original and couldn't recover. I thought the edit was gonna be ok. Gonna try to fix the mistake I did. Wikipedia has an article about how to code templates. My guess is you would have to use wikimedia or something to create them. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Football_kit MatsLP (talk) 09:41, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I give up on this one, I don't know how to do it. I'm really stupid :( If there is a video tutorial maybe I can do it. --Nguonnhanluc853 (talk) 10:09, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps the best things is to wait or forget this. I hope that somebody does this or that RededWhite answers at least lol.

MatsLP (talk) 10:12, 24 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

So in my opinion you should not fix it anymore. VuTriBaSatNa (talk) 06:10, 25 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Sportsfan 1234 I am really sorry if I bothered. I got a source that confirmed my country as the host but it seems it wasn't fully confirmed. My sincere apologies, I hope I won't do that again. MatsLP (talk) 05:17, 31 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Jordi Mboula, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Ascoli. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. You didn't provide a source for your changes to the Viktor Gyökeres article, and I couldn't find one either. If you have a reliable source please let me know and we can change the article. Please let me know if you have any questions. GiantSnowman 08:39, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@GiantSnowman I found these article from OneFootball, I hope it helps. OK thank you - please ensure you include the source yourself in future. GiantSnowman 12:51, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@GiantSnowman Alright, I will do so. MatsLP (talk) 12:53, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Mattythewhite I apologize, the signing was officialized but I just wait to people to put the source because I don't know how to. Next time, I will do so. MatsLP (talk) 00:15, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not thank every single edit made to an article. SounderBruce 06:18, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@SounderBruce Sorry, I didn't know that it was wrong. It was my way to showing appreciation for the work the editors do. MatsLP (talk) 12:09, 14 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Please stop using the thank button on edits that I make. There were five more today and it's not appropriate to hassle users in this manner. SounderBruce 18:27, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@SounderBruce Sorry, lesson learned. MatsLP (talk) 18:41, 16 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I will say the same. I just got 20 thanks, please stop using it so often. It's well meant but just too much. Kante4 (talk) 23:56, 18 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
