Stisen AfD comments
[edit]I just wanted to let you know that your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Daniel Stisen were reverted (likely by someone on vandalism patrol) because you deleted everyone else's comments when you posted. If you want to restore your comments, you can copy-paste them from the page's history. Just add them at the bottom of the entry, rather than replacing the existing content. Thanks. I'm sorry about deleting everyone's comments there. I've got to be honest...using Wikipedia is a totally new experience for me and I didn't realize I was affecting the entire thread. I'm a writer, not a rocket scientist. I just felt strongly about Daniel Stisen and he does genuinely deserve to remain on Wikipedia. I am absolutely lost as to how to put that across however.
I assumed it wasn't intentional. There is a preview button you can use before publishing changes in order to see how you've affected the page you're editing. As far as getting your point across, posting links to sources that show he meets the guidelines in WP:BIO or WP:GNG is the best thing you can do to demonstrate that he needs an article. Skeletor3000 (talk) 17:05, 13 December 2019 (UTC)
Absolutely. I would never delete anyone's argument, just to put forward my own. And I did use the preview button...but with total oblivion that I was removing anyone else's posts. I've made mine again, hopefully without disturbing anyone else's and like I say, I'd like to do what I can to help Daniel. He's the hardest working actor I've ever known and his credits really are a credit to him. I've posted one article, I'm putting my own neck out publicly for a colleague I respect and I really hope that he's able to keep his page. I believe in the man; he's earned it and he most definitely has the career to warrant this entry on Wikipedia. I wish that I was more adept on using the site and able to prove that for him. I tell you, if the page gets retained, I do feel strongly enough to putting his credits and achievement forwards myself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.110.85.65 (talk) 17:14, 13 December 2019 (UTC)
