You are not welcome to edit at Wikipedia so long as your first account remains blocked. If you want to edit again, you will need to request an unblock from that account, but you would need to convince a reviewing administrator that you understand why you were blocked, and that you won't continue the problematic behavior in the future. However since you keep creating new accounts to circumvent your block, it's going to be difficult for you to demonstrate that you're not here to be disruptive.
