I think you were one of the ones trying to help. But DM did not have an opportunity to get back to you before others jumped in and sent him/ her in a different direction. It also seems that he was getting direction in multiple places on his talk page, on that page and apparently from messages . I am not sure. I think had there been one editor working with him instead of multiple people giving different directions he may have been able to sort things out.

And look at my comment. Someone immediately labeled me as a puppet and made a snarky remark about my believability. They offered absolutely no help.

Looking back someone also said that there would be plenty of time to fix things But I see that in little more than 48 hours from when it started it has all been deleted . M0302 (talk) 11:51, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No, not trying to help, I was helping. Regrettably DMRRT appeared to ignore what was said. As you will see form their and my talk page, I gave up. Actually listening and showing that one has listened is part of receiving help.
There was no conflicting advice. It was 100% consistent, whoever offered it. DMRRT seemed to be unwilling to hear what was said. That is in their control, no-one else's
Your sudden appearance, and that of the other pair, gave rise to suspicions. Labelled? No. An investigation was started, one in which you are entitled to participate. It is at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/DMRRT It is by no means a given that you are notified of these, and I see that you have not been. However, our alert system ought to have notified you of this anyway. Fiddle Faddle 11:59, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The alleged lack of assistance to DMRRT

[edit]

Your comments are ill judged. You need to visit this editor's talk page where you can see substantial efforts that have been, largely, ignored, so much so that I withdrew. So I find your commentary both ill judged and offensive. Fiddle Faddle 17:38, 14 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

There is a process known as Deletion Review

[edit]

If you are unsatisfied with the closure of a deletion you may first ask the closing admin and, if that is not successful, you may ask for a deletion review. WP:DRV is the place to go.

Read the page carefully before proceeding. Fiddle Faddle 11:54, 15 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
