Length of edit (too long/too short): I think the length can be something more to work on only for the first part of improving core job characteristics (also work on the flow of it, like how you started the sentence), as for JDS you have great amount of information.

Wikiformatting: Formatting is great!! Great job! You used creative things such as numbers, bullets, and making major points in bold such as JDS.
Grammar & composition: Seems well to be, just something to work on is the flow of sentences. Other comments: Seems great to me, just the way you have started some of the sentences, for example “Hackman and Oldman also concluded…” I would give a little background information before going straight to the point or maybe your view points or something, As for what you have wrote about JDS was great. Also the page you plan to edit has great images and charts see if you could get a great image for JDS or something. Good has some sample images of JDS but aren't the best of quality. Good Luck
