A tag has been placed on Gokullan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Tiruvalla.   — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 03:02, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Babu Thiruvalla has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Re: your e-mail

[edit]

I received your e-mail, but I'm writing back on your userpage so that the response can be seen by others. This way they know that you've had some sort of response.

Recently you created an article for Sudarshanam netra, which was deleted for being unambiguously promotional. You made two requests at REFUND, one of which appeared to have been made after you expressed understanding over the deletion.

Part of the issue with the article was that while it started off as an article about the hospital, it quickly turned into an article about one of the physicians that works there. The way you've signed comments gives off the impression that you're that physician and that you're writing about yourself. Writing an autobiography is strongly discouraged on Wikipedia. This made me look a little closer at your deleted edits, which shows that prior to making an article about the hospital, you tried making an article about yourself at Gokulan and at Talk:Dr.Gokulan. Since you've started actively editing about yourself lately, I've protected the first to keep it from being re-created at this point in time.

No one is saying that you cannot create an article about the hospital, only that you should create it at WP:AfC and that the article should only contain information about the hospital. It's extremely inappropriate to add lengthy sections about yourself in the article, especially as this can come across like you trying to get around the earlier deletions of the autobiographies. These earlier articles are not going to be restored because they're very promotional and would need to be completely re-written to take the promotional content out. The articles also had some issues with flow and grammar, so they'd need re-writing for clarity as well.

When you write the AfC draft you need to make sure that you avoid WP:PEACOCK words and WP:PUFFERY that you'd typically see on a press release. This can be difficult to do if you have a conflict of interest because your first inclination will be to try to make the article as positive as possible. It's understandable, but it's still not permitted on Wikipedia. I have to warn you: I'm mildly considering blocking you as a promotional editor. You've been here for years, during which time you've had several messages posted on your talk page about adding promotional content and other various issues. I'm aware that these aren't the same thing as someone leaving a custom message for you, but it's also expected that at some point in the last seven years that you'd have asked more questions or checked out the various links about the policies over promotional edits. I think that you may mean well, but I'm just not entirely sure that you can edit neutrally about things you have a COI with, since this is a problem you've had since you signed up in 2009. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 09:50, 8 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Thank you Tokyo girl 79 for the personal point by point reply.

I agree the article SHOULD NOT BE PERSONAL PROMOTING. i have always tried to convey the message of ayurveda ophthalmology which is upcoming Sharon stove about more than 2 decades and me happened to be a pioneer pivot in this movement naturally there were mentions amor my experience and personal achievements which was added only to explain the real theme behind it. How ever if you feel to be re written am happy to do so. .i believe i could Ashdon stay with the title sudarshanam netra. ..the links which were given was authentic and you never seems to mention about it Thank you Dr. Gokulan

  • You can start re-writing it in the draft space as was stated above. The way to begin this process is to go to WP:AFC. There will be a large button that states "Click here to create an article now!". After clicking that you will go through several prompts. You'll need to click the appropriate links, namely that the article does not have a page on Wikipedia and that you have good sourcing. At the end you'll be asked to insert the name of the new draft article. Make sure that you insert this in the field for the draft article rather than for the mainspace, otherwise the article will likely be speedy deleted again. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 07:19, 9 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

That's so kind of you Tokyo girl 79..hope to work over well this time. .. Thanks once again Dr. Gokulan

I have updated another title named 'Ayurveda Eyecare India' in the drafts for approval with resource links and expansions mentioning about Ayurveda ophthalmology practice in Kerala in post-independent India. Thank you Dr.Gokulan

Hi, thanks for message. You can sign your comments automatically using four tildes ~~~~. Also make sure youhave signed in first, it is not a good idea to edit from your ISP address.. I deleted your article because

  • it did not provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the company, social media, Youtube and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the company claims or interviewing its management. You had a list of bare urls at the bottom, but non in-text citations so we can't tell what fact each reference was supporting. Put your references in the the text following the fact each supports using <ref>[url description]</ref>. Then {{reflist}} at the end will automatically generate a numbered list. Some of your refs, like YouTube, clearly don't meet our requirements anyway
  • it was written in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic.
  • Your article seems designed to promote the Netra Foundations clinics, with no mention of other clinics. Either don't mention any, or be fair in your coverage.
  • Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact include: at Sudarshanam Netra Chikitsalayam is aimed at cleansing the eyes in a natural way to prevent Allergic disorders of eye and is soothing... is pioneer in the revitalizing effort... showcased to western world

  • you then link to videos presented by the business's Chief Physician.
  • there shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections. that's particularly the case when they are spamlinks.

If you have a conflict of interest when editing this article, you must declare it. That's particularly the case if you are employed directly or indirectly by the foundation or the company. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Lukog. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Lukog|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If you are being compensated, please provide the required disclosure. Please do not edit further until you answer this message. If you want to try again, I will post a modified version of the deleted text to a user subpage, just let me know, but answer the COI question as well Jimfbleak - talk to me? 11:40, 12 January 2016 (UTC) I am not a PAID writer or paid advocate for the firm. I have tried to promote an idea revived in India to the world. I see lot lot many other firms come up in Wikipedia with such advocacy what you meant in my case. There may be mistakes in placing the links. I had shown national daily report which is neutral and un paid as a source. ihad laid source from government of India Department of Ayush showing my name as the Guru in Ayurveda Ophthalmology as a RELIABLE source. I have listed couple of film production units website who are abroad(France & Germany mentioning about my work in their films. They are NOT PAID advocates any way..there are numerous other articles in Wikipedia I see every day with lesser or none such reference base...STILL THEY FIND PLACE HERE...how... Deletion is no way a solution for a sincere effort done with so many hours of editing... Thank you Lukog ````[reply]

Draft Sudarshanam Netra Chikitsalayam has been recently rejected for the reason 'in adequate reference for notability'...I wonder how Government of India(RAV New Delhi) recognition as GURU cited with reference become in adequate to show the significance & notability of the institution..Sudarshanam Netra Chikitsalayam has been chosen out of many hundred doctors in India to select as Master who have unique experience in each field of medicine in Ayurveda. The movies link given is of a renowned award winning performer/ director Pan Nalin and their association with Sudarshanam is also chosen from so many sources in India. Monalisa Production in france is independent body who have come to Sudarshanam for shooting the significance of Honey Therapy which was due to its notability in the global scenario. Nevertheless there are many other wiki articles I saw in similar field not having your adequate notability references criteria.
