This draft's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article. In summary, the draft needs multiple published sources that are:

in-depth (not just brief mentions about the subject or routine announcements)
reliable
secondary
strictly independent of the subject

The comment the reviewer left was:

The notability is close, but not enough.

There are also some issues with original research and non-neutral phrasing.

For example, "The firm's history dates back to the 1940s when Jewish lawyers faced discrimination and were not welcomed into the partnership of white-shoe law firms." makes a connection not made by the cited source. In fact, the source does not even mention this firm in its text.

"In 1946, Harris Berlack, Carlos Israels and James Liberman founded Berlack Israels & Liberman in New York City, growing into a prominent bankruptcy and corporate restructuring firm.[6]" - Cited to a paid column. The word "Prominent" should be only used in an attributed format sourced to an independent source.

Another example: "In 2001, Brown Rudnick established the Brown Rudnick Center for the Public Interest, combining the firm’s pro bono, charitable giving and community volunteer efforts.[15]"

Buzzword-ridden prose sourced to the firm's own website.

As for notability, these three sources come close: [1] and [2] - while they has some good coverage, some of it is just churnalism.

[3] short piece about a routine move. Nothing in-depth sadly.

Remember that interviews of the CEO, paid articles, press releases, and the company's website does not establish notability as they are not considered independent.
