Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Important Notice

[edit]

This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in post-1992 politics of the United States and closely related people. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

To opt out of receiving messages like this one, place {{Ds/aware}} on your user talk page and specify in the template the topic areas that you would like to opt out of alerts about. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

LemonPumpkin, the sanctions also apply to talk pages. Carry on like this and you’re heading for a topic ban. Doug Weller talk 21:58, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Carry on like what? All I did was provide evidentiary links. LemonPumpkin (talk) 22:19, 24 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Your statements violate WP:RGW, WP:AGF, WP:CIVIL. hame on all of you trying to continue this cover up. But the truth has been revealed and there is nothing you can do in the long run to make this go away. You're caught. .. Do you really want to be agents of disinformation and push lies upon the society you live in? If so, you don't belong on this site .. Stop being a cover-up artist. @Andrevan Thanks. LemonPumpkin read those. At WP:RSNP you can see that “ There is consensus that the New York Post is generally unreliable for factual reporting especially with regard to politics, particularly New York City politics. A tabloid newspaper, editors criticise its lack of concern for fact-checking or corrections, including a number of examples of outright fabrication.” You can’t change that.
As for Twitter, “ Twitter is a social network. As a self-published source, it is considered generally unreliable and should be avoided unless the author is a subject-matter expert or the tweet is used for an uncontroversial self-description. In most cases, Twitter accounts should only be cited if they are verified accounts or if the user's identity is confirmed in some way. Tweets that are not covered by reliable sources are likely to constitute undue weight. Twitter should never be used for third-party claims related to living persons.” Doug Weller talk 16:35, 25 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
