If you are this user, remember to log in. Okay. That makes the photo okay, but continuing to resubmit the draft without changes will result in its eventually being rejected with no option to resubmit. Please see WP:AUTO. Please understand that Wikipedia is not a place for people to tell the world about themselves, that is what social media is for. Wikipedia articles about people summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about a person, showing how they meet the special Wikipedia definition of a notable person. While not forbidden, writing about yourself is discouraged. You would need to set aside everything you know about yourself and all materials you put out, and only write based on what others say about you. That is exceedingly difficult, and almost all people who attempt to do so do not succeed.
