Hi Muhandes !

I want to add the following information to Bhangi Misl article:

For some time Bhangi Misl held the possession of Zamzama(the famous cannon) and it got names like Bhangi Toap, Bhangianwala Toap and Bhangian di Top. To this day it retains these along with several other names.

Citation Used:

Singh, Khushwant A History of the Sikhs, Volume 1: 1469-1839. Oxford University Press, 2004, Page-198, Footnote-11,ISBN 0195673085, 9780195673081

Please let me know if this is correct, as a few earlier edits(whose citation was not considered genuine) were deleted.

with Warm Regards- LakhdeepSinghFarwaha (talk) 06:22, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your previous edits were unreliably sourced, so I removed them. I have no problem with a sentence about this cannon, with good citation. --Muhandes (talk) 06:51, 8 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Bhangi Misl, makes articles harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please see MOS:BOLD Muhandes (talk) 23:53, 9 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. In your recent article edits, you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
