Pacific Title & Art Studio and Pacific Title Archives are two separate entities and should not be combined.
Actually Pacific Title & Art Studio and Pacific Title Archives are the same entity. After Pacific Title & Art Studio went out of business, it was almost immediately re-established under the new name. The same current employees (Feiner/Hubbard family) worked at the company under both names. This is not well-documented, however see: https://www.linkedin.com/company/pacific-title-&-art-studioKpoulter (talk) 17:31, 17 April 2014 (UTC)
