Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:
- Respect copyrights – do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view – this is one of Wikipedia's core policies.
- Take particular care while adding biographical material about a living person to any Wikipedia page and follow Wikipedia's Biography of Living Persons policy. Particularly, controversial and negative statements should be referenced with multiple reliable sources.
- No edit warring or abuse of multiple accounts.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, libel, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject; doing so will result in your account or IP being blocked from editing.
- Do not use talk pages as discussion or forum pages as Wikipedia is not a forum.
The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). [edit]Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Cult of Reggie
[edit]Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing hoaxes, such as Draft:Cult of Reggie, is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit]Hi Klee Bakudan! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. Belbury (talk) 17:42, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
- Question: What minor edit? I'm not remembering... Klee Bakudan (talk) 18:34, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
- https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Special:Contributions/Klee_Bakudan - you're marking most of your edits as minor, perhaps accidentally. --Belbury (talk) 18:39, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
- Most of the edits I'm making are minor, in my opinion. I'm mostly adding small details to movies and video games. They are minor, but maybe they aren't. I don't know, but I'll defer to your judgement here. Klee Bakudan (talk) 20:07, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
- Whoops, I meant to say I'll accept your advice.
- (I said "defer to your judgement") Klee Bakudan (talk) 20:07, 13 December 2022 (UTC)

Copying licensed material requires attribution
[edit]Thank you for your contributions. It seems that you have added Creative Commons licensed text to one or more Wikipedia articles, such as Draft:Smile.jpg (Smile Dog). You are welcome to import appropriate Creative Commons licensed content to articles, but in order to meet the Wikipedia guideline on plagiarism, such content must be fully attributed. This requires not only acknowledging the source, but acknowledging that the source is copied. There are several methods to do this described at Wikipedia:Plagiarism#Compatibly licensed sources, including the usage of an attribution template. Please make sure that any Creative Commons content you have already imported is fully attributed. Thank you. DanCherek (talk) 21:22, 28 December 2022 (UTC)
- Question: What do I do if I'd like to upload a picture to Wikimedia commons, but it isn't mine--like a common picture of a demonic dog? Klee Bakudan (talk) 23:28, 4 January 2023 (UTC)
- Alright. I have been doing some research into this, and I have successfully (and appropriately) uploaded the photo of the Smile Dog under the release terms of the public domain. I have credited the creator (I think) and noted that I found it off the internet and wish to use it in articles. Thank you, very much. Klee Bakudan (talk) 19:35, 6 January 2023 (UTC)

Reversion of your addition of Smile Dog
[edit]I have again reverted your addition of Smile Dog to List of creepypastas. Villians Wiki (https://villians.fandom.com) is an open wiki and thus not a reliable source. – dudhhr talk contribs (he/they) 18:42, 9 January 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm Throast. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Halloween Ends, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Throast {{ping}} me! (talk | contribs) 22:05, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- Alright, thank you for telling me. Klee Bakudan (talk) 22:08, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- I've readded it and cited my sources
- <3 Klee Bakudan (talk) 22:11, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- The new citation you added does not support Green intending to center the first film around PTSD. Even if it did, it would not fit into that sentence because it describes the different genres of the films (i.e. action and romance). PTSD is not a film genre. Throast {{ping}} me! (talk | contribs) 22:18, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- PTSD is the main undertheme of Halloween (2018)--David Gordon Green stated in the article somewhere that the first film revolved around Laurie's PTSD. I'll check for it; if I can find it I'll add it. Klee Bakudan (talk) 22:25, 10 January 2023 (UTC)
- As I said, it may be true that he chose it as a central theme, but it is still not a genre. Putting it next to two genres would be false equivalence. Per WP:ONUS, discuss at talk before restoring. Throast {{ping}} me! (talk | contribs) 22:28, 10 January 2023 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. In your recent edit to Scream (1996 film), you added links to an article which did not add content or meaning, or repeated the same link several times throughout the article. Please see Wikipedia's guideline on links to avoid overlinking. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 21:29, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
- I only did one link, and it was one that I think should be in there. There also isn't a lot of links in the plot. Klee Bakudan (talk) 23:17, 11 January 2023 (UTC)
- You did two links. You're welcome to raise the matter at the article's Talk page if you wish, but there's nothing wrong with a plot summary with no or minimal links, and no benefit that I can see to linking phrases such as "cadaver" and "having sex" that a reader will generlaly understand without needing an expository link. Minor edits - SECOND NOTICE
[edit]Hi Klee Bakudan! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Umbrella man (JFK assassination) that may not have been. Sundayclose (talk) 21:59, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
- Either you didn't read WP:MINOR, or you intentionally ignored it, or you didn't understand it. I strongly suggest that you do not mark any edits as minor. You'll never go wrong doing that, and it will avoid creating problem edits. Sundayclose (talk) 21:59, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
- Alright, thank you. I've read WP:MINOR and it's been helpful, and I'm understanding it. I understand what I need to do--thanks for the advice with not marking any edits as minor. Klee Bakudan (talk) 22:05, 9 February 2023 (UTC)

Hey, I've basically reverted this edit as the citation makes no sense and The Worst Movie Ever! only bested the worst premiere record. Aaron Liu (talk) 22:04, 8 June 2023 (UTC)

- Why though? they haven't made any more offending edits since you warned. Aaron Liu (talk) 22:48, 8 June 2023 (UTC)
