Setting up this draft is good for testing, namely, the citations. Right now there are 175 footnotes in the 'i' doc (in varying stages of completeness). So it's gonna require a lotta citing in the Wikipedia UI.
Simultaneously with the UI testing I'll be redacting the content. That will require a lotta back and forth with the authors.
