Discretionary sanctions alert
[edit]Please carefully read this information:
The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding the Arab–Israeli conflict, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.
Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.Doug Weller talk 09:01, 9 June 2018 (UTC)
What the above means to you
[edit]You may not edit articles relevant to the dispute until you have 500 normal edits and have been here 30 days. You'll find that you are literally unable to edit some of these. Others you may be able to edit technically but must not, and you must not make any edits in any article related to the dispute. You can use talk pages to make comments that will improve the article, but talk pages are never forums for discussing the subject of the article. Doug Weller talk 09:04, 9 June 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Please stop your disruptive editing.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at Antifa (United States), you may be blocked from editing. Acroterion (talk) 00:20, 16 June 2018 (UTC)

[edit]This is your only warning; if you add defamatory content to Wikipedia again, as you did at Talk:The Elders (organization), you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Acroterion (talk) 18:30, 16 June 2018 (UTC)
- Jimmy Carter? What little credibility you had is gone now. Acroterion (talk) 18:30, 16 June 2018 (UTC)

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice:
{{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
