Proposed deletion of Matthew Falzon
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Matthew Falzon, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:
- A professional football player who has not played in a fully professional match, and therefore fails WP:ATHLETE.
All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Flags in infobox
[edit]Please do not add flags to the infoboxes of footballers; it is discouraged under WP:FOOTY guidelines. Regards, GiantSnowman 10:07, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Category:Sydney Olympic FC players. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalized, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. The Red╬ 04:20, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
Jonathan Angelucci
[edit]Hi! As you requested at Wikipedia:Proposed mergers, I have merged the Jonathan Ben Angelucci article to Jonathan Angelucci (the only missing information was one category). Jafeluv (talk) 10:12, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Proposed deletion of Meghan Archer
[edit]The article Meghan Archer has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- No evidence this footballer meets WP:GNG or has played in a fully pro league.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. C679 11:47, 20 March 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. You didn't provide a source for your changes to the Steve McLelland article, and I couldn't find one either. If you have a reliable source please let me know and we can change the article. Please let me know if you have any questions. GiantSnowman 09:55, 19 July 2021 (UTC)

- as I said - this is WP:OR/WP:SYNTH. This is fine, but why is it incomplete? GiantSnowman 08:58, 21 July 2021 (UTC)
- Firstly, choose one place to discuss this - either our talk pages or the article talk page. Secondly, no, This only covers 1984-1986, so it is not complete, is it? GiantSnowman 09:12, 21 July 2021 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Football Federation Australia Hall of Fame, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Fraser.
